    We had a terrific time in McMinnville. The house had a stocked kitchen that accommodated our family’s Thanksgiving celebration. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The house was a perfect location to walk to coffee in the morning and dinner at night. It’s also close enough to make a day trip to the coast. Overall a fantastic place to stay!

    Great location! Perfect for a patio happy hour! We loved bringing home a bottle of wine for our tasting to enjoy on the patio. Great location! All in walking distance to good restaurants, coffee shops and tasting room. Loved that the team taking care of the property was local and able to bring us more coffee filters.

    Communication from the house hosts was always very prompt and thorough. They provided a helpful guide of area wineries, restaurants, and services well in advance of our trip. Check-in details were easy. The house location was excellent; a very short, safe walk to McMinnville's delightful main street. Each bedroom has its own AC unit for personal comfort which was nice. Kitchen was extremely well-equipped for a vacation rental home! Table & chairs on front porch was a nice way to begin each day with coffee talk, although 5th Street seems to be a favorite route for large commercial and delivery vehicles, making it a bit noisy in the morning but quiet at nighttime when it matters. Overall, this rental is a great value with excellent location, amenities, and host communications. We would definitely recommend this rental home!

    The location was perfect for exploring the downtown and beyond. The house is beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. It is right on the street that transitions from residential to commercial. Walk one way and you’re in the middle of residential homes, the other way and things are a bit busier with all the shops. It was great.

    This group of six women have known each other for over 50 years. We come from far and wide and still manage to get together at least once a year. Staying at the 5th Street house was so enjoyable for all of us because it gave us the space, amenities and comfort that we needed. We hope we get to stay there again.

    This was a wine business trip to check in with Oregon wineries and introduce growers to our newest sales reps. The home location and layout was just what we were looking for. Well-appointed kitchen made it easy to cook and serve for a crowd each night. The proximity to Harvest Fresh for last minute add-ons for dinner was ideal. Comfortable beds, separate bathrooms and welcoming seating were icing on the cake. Thank you!!

    Our group of 8 friends stayed in this comfortable, beautifully renovated home, easy walking distance from the charming main street of McMinnville with excellent restaurants and wine tasting. We appreciated the host's recommendations for wine tasting and dining in the area. In particular, we agreed that a great place to start wine tasting is at Acorn to Oak Experience in McMinnville on 3rd Street. The comfortable wine far represents 30 local wineries and is staffed by students of Linfield University's wine education program. Fun!
