- Port Aransas is constantly evolving with ongoing construction, building projects, and community improvements. While we can't guarantee a completely quiet stay, these efforts help make the area even better for residents and visitors alike. Keep in mind that island life comes with seasonal pests like mosquitoes. To help keep them at bay, our properties receive professional pest control treatments every month. Please be aware that because Port Aransas is a unique coastal community, cable and Wi-Fi connectivity might be unpredictable. Thank you for acknowledging that we have no control over these services. Service interruptions will not qualify for any discounts or reimbursements.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

    The house was exactly as advertised. There was no extra items like salt, pepper etc. but they did have all of the staples like pots, pans, containers, utensils. The house was very clean and close to everything. We had a great time and would come back.

    The property was perfect for our weekend girls trip. They had everything we needed to make our own meals as there are not a lot of restaurants that stay open late in Port A. We had a great time and would definitely rent this home again.

    We are so glad we stayed at this house instead of a hotel. It was so close to the beach, many restaurants, and shops. The area has a small pool that my child liked and had grassy areas for my dogs. We hope to stay here again!

    The house was nicer even than we expected based on the pictures, more roomy and with an appealing layout, and there is a second small balcony in addition to the entry porch area which doubles as a 2nd-floor deck. We really liked the place and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The beach it is near is wide and is pretty easy to walk to in 5 mins. if you don't mind using a technically private boardwalk off adjacent Anchor Road that belongs to the next neighborhood, or you can drive to it along Sand Castle Road (off of the street the house is on) in about 3-4 mins. Driving to the main business area of the town is straightforward and takes 5 mins. In making the reservation, there was a problem with the 3rd-party identity verification service the manager uses (verifyhub.org), which would not properly upload images of my driver's license over a period of several hours, and all the manager could do was keep telling me to try things I was already trying, so that was frustrating while we tried to finalize the reservation. I believe the management company should consider not using this service since it is not in their control, and accept texted or emailed images of i.d. as most other hosts do. But after getting through that, communication was good, directions to the property were straightforward, entry was no problem, and everything was lovely and fine once we arrived. We would stay there again.

    Place was nice for the most part. No extra blankets or pillows. Breaker switch for the kitchen and main TV were off and I had to address it myself. Only 1 car would fit somewhat easly under the house in the driveway.

    House was in good shape and comfortable This was a sister's get together . We enjoyed staying here . I do have to say that there seemed to be a few things ( rules) that came after booking . Just to beware . Over all it was just a moment. And we did enjoy being here .

    I’ve stayed at this property 5-6 times since 2019 under different management groups. We really enjoy the place. This time, however, the code for check in was not sent and I had to call and ask for it. The representative was not friendly and had much attitude when telling me it was sent when it clearly was not. After going in circles, she finally said she would just tell me the code. Aside from that, the price was the highest I’ve ever paid per night with bare minimums. Sadly, I won’t be staying there again.

    The stay was perfect. The property was as advertised. No issues with the house, appliances, furniture, community pool, or neighborhood. Location was as advertised 3 blocks from beach, and easy to get to by golf cart.

    This was a great rental for our family of four and dog. Very clean and bright; kids loved the cool layout. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, etc. Bring your own spices, oil, consumables. Beds were comfortable. Pool was a short walk from house and was small, but clean. If you are traveling here in summer don’t forget your big spray as the mosquitoes are relentless. That has nothing to do with the property, though. Just a part of summer on the Texas coast. Overall we had a great time here and were sad to leave.
