Marsh-Front Boho Retreat, 2 Min Walk to Beach, Best Surf Break on Folly!

Cool vibe to the house, plenty of space for up to 3 couples, super close to the beach and ample parking. Bring your own firewood for the firepit and enjoy drinks under the stars while you grill up dinner. Pups were welcome b/c we all love traveling with our furry friends.

We loved our stay! Everyone slept so well! It was a relaxing weekend with family for my birthday! Very clean and just as pretty as the pictures! Breakfast on the screen porch was priceless! We didn't want to leave!

This stay was WONDERFUL. I don’t have a single negative comment on this property. It was extremely clean and organized, smelled heavenly, was a great size for our group yet still cozy, and was beautifully designed and decorated. I would choose to stay here over and over given the quality, price, and location. The host was also exceptional with communication!

This was such an amazing property. It couldn’t be cuter. It is well stocked with all you need. Beds are comfortable, air works well. The house became a big star of the trip as we had an overcast, windy week and spent a lot of time inside. We were comfortable and happy and our group of 7 fit well. The screened in porch was a favorite hangout spot. Beach access is just three houses over and across the street, very close! I have been coming to Folly every year for 10 years and this property is by far my favorite!

This is a great house to stay, it’s really close to the ocean and only a few blocks from many great restaurants.

We loved our stay in this wonderful house. It's a very short walk to the beach, there is a tire swing and a tree swing outside and the kids loved that. Everything that you need for the kitchen is there. We will look forward to staying here again next year!

We absolutely loved this beach house on Folly. Perfectly clean and comfortable and fit my family of 6 and small pups just right. Everyone had enough space to have some privacy but was also perfect to gather. The beach is a super short walk. The decor was a perfect match for us and we started calling it OUR beach house hahaha! We will definitely be back and for longer next time. The hosts did an excellent job!

Stayed for a getaway with 5 other girl friends. House was fantastic. Easy access to beach and every night we took a short Uber to downtown Charleston. Great house and location.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this tree house in Folly Beach! The host was so accommodating and was great with checking in before and during our trip to make sure everything was perfect. We loved staying at the Folly Beach Tree House! It was a very comfortable stay for 6 adults. The house had everything we needed for our stay. And we loved the very short walk to the beach and the convenience to Charleston! We would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was adorable, full of everything we needed to feel at home and walking distance to the beach. We also rented a golf cart so were able to drive to the Center St. to shop and eat. We will be back!
