Marlin Chase home with resort amenities, bikes, grill, EV charger - dog-friendly

We loved the home! Lots of space, beautiful kitchen, comfortable beds and loved the screened porch. The pool was nice - very quiet! The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to restaurants, shops and beaches. We also loved that it was dog friendly. Thanks for a great week!

Unfortunately, this home has so much potential. It’s beautifully decorated, great neighborhood and lots of amenities. However, the air conditioning on the 2nd level makes the home a nightmare for anyone needing more than 1 bedroom. The air conditioning on the 2nd floor is useless and makes 3 of the 4 bedrooms in the house unusable. What’s worse is that appears this was an ongoing problem that the rental company, property manger and owner knew about. Previous renters stated in their reviews that this was a continuing issue yet no attempt to resolve the issue was made. What makes the matter even more frustrating was how difficult it was to try and communicate an issue with the property manager. We spent hours on the phone with VACASA trying to get someone to fix the AC. We were told multiple times that someone would be out to fix it and of course, it was never fixed. The whole experience ruined the week for us. I would not rent through this company again.

Love the aesthetic of this home ! It’s bright and airy. The natural sunlight coming in from the large windows with a view of nature and the streets, added to the coziness. It also features beautiful furnishings annd top-notch appliances. Everything we needed was well provided- from kitchen to bathroom to laundry essentials. The drive to both Rehoboth and Bethany beaches was a breeze! It was definitely a wonderful week of stay in Oceanview, our very first !

The house and community are beautiful and perfect for families. They are also dog friendly which made it even better! The location is driving distance to all the great beaches and many local restaurants. We loved it here and would definitely return again!

We have been renting every summer in Bethany for two weeks and this year chose to stay off the beaten path in the Marlin Chase community- we loved the community, pool and location. The house is new and has a lot of space and a great kitchen but the A/C on the upper floor just could not keep up with the heat of the summer- we called the property manager who came and said they would look into it but nothing really happened - it got to 86 on the upper floor where most bedrooms are located- in the end property manager provided a partial refund- loved the house and would like to stay there again but ONLY if the AC issues upstairs are addressed because guests really could not stay upstairs.

The house is beautiful and we love how close it is to all the things we want to do at the beach. Every room was very cozy, all had their own big tv. The EV charger was a plus since we didn’t have to go out to charge. The loft is big and our kids actually spent most of their time there watching movies and playing video games. It had a grill, bikes, and we were able to play pickleball!!! We had great memories and we will definitely come back again.

Small thing was an inconsistent thermostat or very slow to get to target temp. Still give the property a 5 star.

This beautiful newly built home is perfect for hangout with the family. It is tastefully decorated and furnished, from the cute little stool in the kitchen, to the luxurious and comfortable beds. The open concept, beautiful state of the art kitchen is well stocked with quality pots, pans, silver ware, stemware, plates, baking utensils, steamer (for crabs if you like) and even a Keurig coffee maker. The oven even has an air fryer function! The dining table can seat 10 easily, and can squeeze little ones in the bench. The great room adjacent to the kitchen has large TV and comfy, stylish sofa and chairs. Our family spent much of our time together in this room: kids playing table games, watching TV while adults were cooking or chatting. If you like to escape, there is a covered porch in the back or the study room in the front of the house (with an office desk and a trundle bed). There is a large area upstairs overlooking the great room, with a large TV and a giant sofa. A nook in the landing halfway upstairs is adorable! The bedrooms are beautifully decorated. There are 2 master bedrooms - one in the first floor and the other on the 2nd floor, with ensuite bathrooms and large storage closets. The two other bedrooms upstairs share a nice bathroom. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, bogey boards and bikes with helmets. There even is a electric vehicle charger you can use for free! The house is a few minutes drive from Bethany Beach. It is close to 2 tree lined parks where you can walk, run or bike to the beaches in the bay or ocean side. The pickle ball and the swimming pool is steps away in front of the house. We had a blast during our Delaware beach vacation. The house was a perfect place to stay with the family!

Our family of 8 had a glorious week in this beautiful, brand-new home. The house had very modern amenities, including giant TVs in two separate living areas and all the bedrooms. The swimming pool and children's playground are directly across the street. The James Farm Ecological Preserve is right down the road, with walking trails and a small beach, and other larger beaches are a short distance away. In sum, it was a perfect place for our family vacation.

We had a great time staying here! The place is awesome and very spacious, super nice and super clean. It has all the equipments, cooking and dining stuff that we need. They have beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and bicycles that you can use! Location is also perfect, only 5 minutes away from the beach. Definitely coming back! Worth the price :)

This home is beautiful. Well appointed and well thought out. The owners have taken great pride in preparing this for anyone looking to have an escape and make a memorable vacation. I thank them for creating such a wonderful experience from us. The amenities, wifi, location… perfect perfect perfect! We will definitely be back again.
