Stayed May 2, 2025Maritime Hideaway is the perfect location from beach to market, but tucked away in a beautiful setting. Very clean, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Two golf carts was a plus. Everything at your fingertips for a relaxing getaway. Absolutely would stay again!

Stayed Oct 4, 2024A really nice home tucked away on a private lot at Bald Head. Great location to buzz around the island. 6 seater golf cart is great, 2 seater needs cleaning or a new seat cover. Updates in the home are nice, but could really use a new mattress in the master. We would stay here again.

Stayed May 17, 2024Maritime Hideway was very clean and updated. we enjoyed our stay. location was central on the island thus close to marina, market, Bald head club and beaches. golf carts worked well. great for families!

Stayed Sep 26, 2021My husband enjoyed our stay so much! The house is beautiful and immaculately clean. We spent a lot of relaxing time on the screened porch reading and playing cards. We had a beautiful week and it wasn’t easy to leave! Thank you!

Stayed May 21, 2021I loved the house and it’s location was perfect. The newly updated kitchen was beautiful. The screened porch was a delight to drink morning coffee and have the wooded view. The house was completely stocked with everything we needed. The only suggestions I have for improvement are the mattresses on the beds, they could use an update. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Apr 22, 2021We were thoroughly impressed with this property. It smelled so clean when we walked in. It was clean and gorgeous. We absolutely loved our stay. Had everything you need for a getaway. Golf cart was super nice as well. LOVED IT! Highly recommend.
