Manistee Charm: Minutes from Beach & Downtown

We had a wonderful time! It is a nice house, and the location was great.

We had a great stay here this past weekend. The host was very communicative and helpful leading up to the trip. There was lots of room for all of our group. The host was having a little issue with bees but was quick to let me know and we weren’t bothered at all. This house is extremely close to downtown which made it very easy to walk everywhere. Very good food and cute shops downtown as well. We also enjoyed all the fall colors on our walks downtown or by the river. Overall very successful weekend away!

We were in Manistee for a family reunion. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the home, comfortable beds, anything you would want/need was in the home. Easy check in, great communication with the host, I would highly reccomend this home/host!

This home was just what my family needed. The home was nicer than even the photos. The owners had everything there to make it a cozy little get away.

Great place! Stocked with everything you'll need; including Q-Tips and cottonballs.Queen mattress in upstairs room by itself was reported to be thin and couple rolled to center; could be replaced.

It was a really nice house, with an excellent location to Lake Michigan. We really enjoyed our stay!

My family and I love this house. This is the 2nd time we have stayed. Saw a freighter come through was awesome!!

Finding comfortable accommodations for a group of 8 adults isn't always easy. This property is in an excellent location and offered plenty of space for our large group. We had everything available to make our long weekend stay comfortable.With only a couple of extra questions for our host, she was prompt in her responses and follow up.If we're back in Manistee we'll likely look for this spot again.

My family stayed here from Dec 20 to Jan 3 and had a fantastic time being together. The host was terrific and super responsive. She had decorated the house for us with a Christmas tree and all. She also left us several very thoughtful gifts and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy. We enjoyed our time there and had a terrific time with each other. It was our favorite holiday together. Thank you!

Worked perfect for us. The rental is an older house that was nicely updated inside. 3 separate bedrooms and 5 beds in a bonus room worked great for our guys group of 8. Only heads up is a heads up on the climb up the stairs it has a lower ceiling so don’t bump your head. Door into bonus attic room is small but worked great for us. No complaints. This worked great for us and was next door to the marina we used. Nice outside patio we chilled on.

We had a great stay! The big room upstairs was so fun for our young kids. The location is perfect- close to town and a short drive/long walk to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again.

Short walk to town and riverwalk/fishing. Quick drive to 2 different beaches. House had everything we needed and space for our families. Host was great to work with.

Great house to socialize during our golf trip, everything we needed.

Lovely home. Great home base to travel to many Lake Michigan towns and attractions. The owner was so great at always answering our questions.
