Makin' Memories What We Do Best, With Family and Your Tail Wagging Friends.

Our family has stayed in quite a few rentals and this was far and away the best experience in terms of attention to detail for our comfort. Every need was anticipated and provided for, from the fluffy towels and fully stocked bathrooms, to the coffee and dishwashing supplies in the kitchen. So many items I usually bring along (hand soap, hangers, cotton balls and swabs, etc) were already waiting for us. The house felt clean and comfortable - a great spot to relax after the day's activities. We really enjoyed the back deck-it was a beautiful spot in March, and I can only imagine how lovely it is now that everything is in bloom! Tammy was a gracious host, and very responsive when we had an issue with one of the TVs. We would re-book in a heartbeat!

Excellent location! Easy to get to everything in Chattanooga. The home was beautifully decorated and clean. Several bonus amenities provided to ease our stay. Great communicator. Neighborhood was safe. We would definitely stay here again.

A lovely home with everything we could ever need for our stay. We traveled with 3 kids (ages 1, 9 and 11) and our dog. It had the perfect set up for all of us, plenty of space, a well stocked kitchen, cozy back patio and fence yard and it was very clean. Tammy was a great hostess and popped in to introduce herself. We appreciated the attention to detail at the home and had a great stay!

The house is welcoming, cute, and well stocked. We had different events to attend while in town and the house was conveniently located for us. Tammy was so sweet and we would definitely stay again!

Christmas with my family. The kitchen had most of what I needed to cook a full turkey dinner. The living room was comfortable with throw pillows and blankets. We didn't use games provided by the host but used our own. Proximity to Hwy 24 made for some loud truck noises but we brought our white noise machines for sleeping so we barely noticed the traffic. It is a busy highway. Keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper.

Tammy is an exceptional hostess. Everything was clean tidy and decorated beautifully for Christmas. We could not have asked for nicer place to stay. We felt safe and comfy every evening as we returned from our daily outings.I highly reccomend this precious little house.

Tammy was welcoming, as usual. We stayed with my in-laws and revisited some of Chattanooga’s best spots, including Rock City with all the Christmas lights. The home was clean, inviting, and spacious - just as it was this summer.

Absolutely wonderful plqce ro stay! With the fully fenced in backyard, it was pet friendly. Tammy is a great host and provides almost everything to need to cook and have a relaxing time. Very clean and plenty of towels and throw blankets provided. Location is great - very easy to get downtown and around to all the sites. Property is exactly as shown in the Vrbo photos.

What a lovely house. Well decorated, well stocked!The porch was lovely. Although the sound of the highway was more apparent outside, you could never hear it inside.We would suggest sharper chef knives, and a check on the fridge. It was making some interesting sounds. But overall a great stay.

We had a wonderful time at Makin Memories! The house was perfect! Had everything we needed and was so clean and comfortable! We enjoyed sitting outside on the big covered porch, enjoying the beautiful landscape! The location was great! So close to all of the restaurants and activities! Our grandbabies came over to see us and had a blast with the toys! We will definitely be back!!!

We have stayed in many VRBO type rentals in the past 23 years (since we started traveling with our dogs) and we have never stayed in a property this clean and well-stocked. There were ample towels for everyone, basic kitchen supplies and so much more! The rental was furnished perfectly and the mattress in the master suite was extremely comfortable (our daughter and son-in-law said their mattress was great too). The area is convenient to everything and Tammy is a delightful host. We can’t wait to return when it’s cool and enjoy the porches and the yard. (The outside temp on this trip made it hard to do much outside.) Thanks Tammy!!

Everything was perfect from the time we arrived to check out. The home was very clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the kitchen was fully loaded with all the items you’d need. We truly enjoyed the backyard, all of the toys, and the beautiful garden across the street. We will definitely stay at this location again if we are ever in Chattanooga.

This was an excellent home - clean, spacious, easy access to downtown and surrounding attractions! I got to meet Tammy (host) and you can tell she cares very much about her properties and her guests. Whenever we return, we will definitely try and stay in one of Tammy’s homes.

The home was clean and spacious enough for our girls trip, four adults. The sticky notes were the best home touch. All of us were very impressed with the hosue, owner and loved our getaway. We all plan to plan our stays with Tammy in the future.

We decided to visit a new place for Thanksgiving this year and are so glad we stumbled across Ms. Tammy’s home. The house was exceptionally clean, and just like the pictures. The fenced in back yard was an amazing perk for our Cocker Spaniel. We will definitely be returning.

We had a lovely two day visit in Chattanooga. The property suited our needs and was appointed perfectly. We had all our needs met.

This is one of the best properties we have stayed. The location was very close to the interstate, and an easy drive to all of the attractions. My kids loved all of the toys. The owners really thought of everything, and it was very clean.

Our weekend stay at Ms. Tammy's Makin' Memories property fit the bill for what we needed. We were able to have dinner with family, visit, and relax without having to leave the house. The property is a stone's throw from area attractions, which made it quick and easy to get downtown. The beds were super comfortable!

Tammy is a great host. She thinks of everything and is right across the street if you need anything. The house is lovely and just what we needed for a family visit to Chattanooga. Will stay in one of Tammy’s properties again on our next visit.

While we were a bit skeptical of the neighborhood at first (we expected it after reading the listing) we were more than pleased with the neatness and cleanliness of the house. We had five adults and two small dogs and we all had plenty of room and a great weekend. The only small knock was the extremely narrow driveway and difficulty getting in and out of it in a truck. If the next door person parked in front of the driveway on the opposite side of the road, there was no way to get out. We got it figured out after a very polite conversation, but know that the parking situation is a little tight. All in all, we loved the place and would definitely go back again.

We were beyond happy with this home and our wonderful hostess, Tammy! Her home was super clean, had all the amenities one needed, and was located on a quaint street that was SUPER close to UTC. The backyard is huge, and the decor outside allowed me to enjoy sitting out back. We always bring a fan with us when we travel, so I was super happy to find there was even a box fan. Oh- and my husband loved how hot the water gets. We look forward to staying in ANY of Tammy’s homes when we visit our child at UTC

The home had everything we needed for our stay. They have thought of everything.
