This was a wonderful property, we will stay again! Communication was excellent and the property was very clean and organized. The neighborhood is secure, gate guards nice. Two minute drive into downtown. Pet friendly, but you wouldn't know because it's clean!! Highly recommend!!

No hot water on showers had to take cold shower and I got sick kitchen sink faucet cloged

Great family trip. The only issue was we could not connect the tv's in the bedroom downstairs and the upstairs back bedroom. We enjoyed the hot tub and the cabin's great location. We will definitely book another stay.

Property was just okay, nothing special. It was convenient to the places we needed to see in Helen. Very dated, and a terribly uncomfortable bed in the first floor bedroom. Property needs to be updated.

Home was just as described and very clean. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, tv, mini fridge, and Keurig. Hot tub worked great. This was a safe location and close enough to walk to tubing. My guys played golf, and it was very nice to be so close to the course. We would love to stay again.

Clean, comfortable, great communication from staff. The only downside is that it is a duplex and the floors are loud, so we were a bit self conscience about our children. No complaints from the neighbors, however. We would certainly stay here again!

Magic moments was the perfect place to serve as our home base for our weekend baseball tournament in Helen. It was close to everything, 15 minutes from the ball field, and located in a secure, quiet, gated community where we felt safe. Everything we needed was provided. We would stay here again!

The rental itself was great—plenty of space and very clean. The views as soon as you arrive are amazing. Our 10 year old daughter loved that she had her own room with a bathroom. We look forward to coming back to Helen and this rental is definitely on top of our list.

If you plan on renting here and do any cooking, there is only salt and pepper, plan on bringing or shopping for whatever else you might need. I was given the wrong address and disturbed the woman there, it is 95 B.

The only negative things was that the mattresses are definitely worn out and in desperate need of replacement. Ours were deformed and unreasonably soft, but not in a uniform manner. Also, the pillows were of really poor quality. Each bed only had two, with a couple spares in each closet, but, without pillow cases. The couches and love seats should probably be vinyl or leather,or have washable covers, because being cloth... they're not exactly sanitary. Aside from these things, we loved the place, and will likely return again, only definitely not on a holiday weekend. Way too crowded.

House had plenty of room but had filthy stained carpeting. Pretty gross. Everyone worked good except tv had horrible reception . Wouldnt atay again

I have never given a Bad Review. However, from the time We came into the Guard Gate, We had issues. Our Cousin's Vehicle whom I sent & confirmed via E-mail/Request was Not registered w/Us instead it was another Female guest & her vehicle. The guard instructed me to call the Rental Company as Our cousin couldn't be let in! So I had to leave message after 5pm & call again next morning & have an argument that this 1 lady was our guest & not our cousin She finally found my E-mail w/my Information on our Cousin's name! Ceiling Fan Blades had obvious Dust to them, First floor Bedroom has old fashioned Shag carpet, w/major stains along w/second floor bedroom & Stairway Carpet is black all need cleaning. Upon going 1st floor Bathroom, tiles that are supposed to be beige as shown in middle of walking into it, but all tiles that butt against: wall,vanity & behind the door esp, are black and the grime behind the door,Sink pop-up missing, Exhaust is blocked, & needs cleaning. No shower curtain, & missing glass on med cabinet had to call for, got shower curtain next day/my request to leave it as we didn't want anyone in, we were out & have valuables, toilet paper holder isn't removable in bathroom, TVs should have directions on Streaming wouldn't work. No Cable/other List for TV, Jacuzzi, & amenities. Icemaker leaked water into top shelf of Fridge. Beds didn't have quilts as pix. Comforters were old and worn out, No dishes,cups upstairs for food coffee Microwave etc..
