M1 at Saint Philip Square, One Block to King, Cozy Bright Stay

Including a knife sharpener in the kitchen or having housekeeping sharpen the knives before check-in would be a very good practice. I was never able to figure out how to light the fire tables after 7pm. Ugh!

Loved our stay in Charleston. This home was so close to everything with convenient parking as well. Very clean and well appointed and excellent communication with owner. You will NOT be disappointed here!

The check in was a breeze, we had a nice parking area, location perfect for sightseeing and dining - lots to see within walking distance. The unit was spotless, well-stocked with supplies, coffee and linens. We especially loved the common outdoor area with the fire pit and fountains. Jaime was friendly and helpful. Altogether a perfect location and place to stay.

Great location, beds are very comfortable, cute and quaint! Just what we needed for our girls trip!!

Everything was clean and tidy. Only issue was a powerful smell of mildew but we were in the middle of a storm so that may have been why. Dehumidifier is needed

Excellent stay! Would stay at the property again on location alone. Extremely cozy beds. It is a lower level unit, so beware of what comes along with that. Very modern with everything you need for a few nights. Our only hiccup was getting to the Xfinity TV app at first, and the front door keypad needs to be looked at. Very nice property!!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The host was incredibly communicative and quick to respond, making the entire process seamless. The space itself felt like home — spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. I especially appreciated the quality hair and skin products in the shower.The location couldn’t be better: walkable to coffee shops, great restaurants, King Street, and full of Charleston charm. Having on-site parking was a huge plus, and the property’s beautiful landscaping made it feel like a resort. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!The pictures are taken on the property!

Beautifully restored historical building in a similar setting. Easy to walk to historical sides. Lovely decorating and comfort in the VRBO!

Nice property, very clean and comfortable. Upstairs guests were loud (baby crying, dog barking, etc). Extra sound proofing would be helpful.

This place is in a good area of downtown Charleston. Only a block from King St. If felt like a safe area to walk at night. Nice parking area. Plenty of room for two couples. Two master suites with a small kitchen and living room. This place was very clean. It had extra pillows, blankets and towels. I would definitely stay here again.

The area is just beautiful. A darling unit with easy access to historic downtown and King street. Check in and check out were simple. Two rooms were comfortable and though one bathroom is quite small, it was functional. We LOVED it!

Very convenient and clean

We had an amazing time! The location was perfect and the property was exactly as advertised! Jamie the property manager was awesome ? She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect… even accepting a delivery and putting it inside from out of town family. I highly recommend!
