Located in the peaceful community of Dana Bluffs, the well-appointed home boasts panoramic ocean views along with 3 bedrooms + 2.5 bathrooms to luxuriously accommodate up to 7 guests.

Making yourself at home is easy to do with the show-stopping view that immediately greets you. The open concept living area on the main floor is ready for your enjoyment with plentyof comfortable seating for the group. If you plan to stay in for the evening, a movie night in front of the fireplace just may be in order.

Adjacent to the living room is the chef’s kitchen with high-end stainless-steel appliances, wine cooler, a custom quartz waterfall island with bar seating for 4, and 4 additional seats at the dining table. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare all your meals for your visit.

Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors span the width of the main living area with amazing views of Doheny Beach and Dana Point Harbor. The doors open to a large patio, where beginning the day with a cup of coffee and ending the evening with a glass of wine are highly recommended! Be sure to take advantage of the gas barbecue, retractable awning, and outdoor dining table during your stay.

Upstairs you’ll find the same breathtaking ocean view in the primary suite. With floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, the private upper patio with a bistro table for two awaits you for some quiet time. Be sure to rest up so you seize the day during your stay. The primary suite features a California king-sized bed with hotel linens and plush pillows, a smart TV, as well as an en suite bathroom for extra privacy. If you choose to extend your stay, there is plenty of closet space to store your belongings for longer trips.

The two guest bedrooms on the upper floor feature a queen-sized bed, and a twin-over-full bunk bed with direct access to the home’s third bathroom featuring a tub-shower combo. Each room is stocked with the same hotel quality linens and pillows, a smart TV, and large walk-in closets.

This home also includes garage parking for two cars and central air conditioning.

The community of Dana Bluffs provides access to resort-style amenities for you to enjoy during your stay. Guests have access to the community pool, spa, and tennis court. From this location it’s an easy drive to the beach, Dana Point Harbor, the Lantern District area of Dana Point, or charming downtown San Juan Capistrano. This is truly something for everyone while vacationing in Capistrano Beach – surf, swim, shop, and dine all just a few minutes away from this breezy bungalow.

**Additional Cleaning Fee: An additional cleaning fee of $275 will be charged to Guest for excess sand brought into the house. Guests are asked to wash their feet and feet of children before entry into the home. Sand found on furniture or in beds will result in the additional $275 cleaning fee. White towels and linens are not to be used to remove make-up or for cleaning greasy, bloody or dirty objects. A $20/towel and $50/sheet cleaning fee will be assessed for damage to towels and linens. **

Please note that the community pool and spa availability may occasionally be subject to temporary closures or interruptions due to HOA or Orange County Health Department (OCHD) requirements. At this time, the pool is generally open; however, access may vary periodically depending on maintenance, inspections, or community compliance requirements.

We recommend checking with us prior to or during your stay for the latest updates regarding pool and spa availability. To help maximize your experience, we may also be able to suggest preferred times to visit the pool and spa when interruptions are less likely, if applicable.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented this townhouse for myself and my three kids for four weeks. It is gorgeous. It has two levels of large patio space, with 180 degree ocean views. The property is updated, including an open floorpan, with plenty of space to spread out. It is very clean, quiet and comfortable with a short drive to the beach and harbor, or walk to the trolley stop. Management was very helpful and efficient with a couple of small repairs that came up. We had a fantastic time and my kids cried when they had to leave. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again in the future.

    Remodeled and beautiful deck with great view of Doheney state beach. Two car garage was great and complex was clean and quiet except for passing trains which tend to grow on you.
