Stayed Feb 19, 2026The house was perfect for our first ski trip to Mt. Hood. We enjoyed ringing the bell and gathering around the wood stove after a day on the slopes. We made several trips down the hill to the shops and restaurants each day. Overall this was a great home away from home for our group.

Stayed Feb 13, 2026Beautiful home with everything you could need for a cozy weekend with friends and/or family. Location is fantastic and host even had some wine and chocolate out for Valentine’s Day. Highly, highly recommend a stay here.

Stayed Dec 29, 2025Everything was great. Unfortunately it was the weather that did not cooperate. Went for a snow vacation and really had more of a rain vacation. The house was very comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed.

Stayed Dec 26, 2025Our host made everything so easy for us. Directions to the house were perfect; entry was easy; the house was well equipped and though not spacious, was comfortable. The location was close to the market and restaurants. We all, young and old, had a very nice holiday in Government Camp.

Stayed Jan 30, 2025My family and I had a wonderful stay! The house is very close to town and we were able to walk everywhere. Also was an added bonus that the Glade trail is right up the road. House was very clean, cozey, vibey and well decorated. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed Dec 23, 2024This cabin is beautifully decorated and has everything you might need: logs for the fire, utensils and tools and such for the kitchen, and beautiful art and historic photos from throughout Oregon. It doesn’t get much better than this. Walking distance from Glade Trail and from Govy, you barely need a car. We had a lovely time. Thank you!

Stayed Jul 14, 2024I stayed here with co-workers while we worked in the area, and ended up liking that place so much that I ended up bringing my family for some of the weekends. The host was great, responsive and friendly.
