This expansive property offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay, including stunning lake views, endless indoor and outdoor entertainment, and all the comforts of luxury living.



Bedrooms:

With thoughtfully designed spaces and luxurious sleeping arrangements, your group will rest comfortably in any of our 4 spacious bedrooms.



️ ️ Bedroom 1: Located on the main floor, this cozy room features two queen-size Helix mattresses, a rollaway twin bed, and direct access to a connected bathroom for convenience. Perfect for families or those who prefer to stay on the ground floor.

️ Bedroom 2: The upstairs primary bedroom includes a king-size Helix mattress, cozy accent chairs overlooking the lake, and a private ensuite bathroom with a relaxing soaking tub. A true retreat for couples or the group organizer.

️ Bedroom 3: Upstairs, this bedroom boasts a king-size Helix mattress and shares a convenient Jack-and-Jill-style bathroom with Bedroom 4.

️ Bedroom 4: Located upstairs, this room offers a queen-size Helix mattress and shares the Jack-and-Jill bathroom with Bedroom 3.



For additional sleeping arrangements, the property offers:

2 Queen sofa beds in the Record Room (first floor)

The Neighborhood:

Set on a hill overlooking the sparkling Canandaigua Lake, this property is perfectly situated for a peaceful getaway. While secluded, it’s just a short drive to downtown Canandaigua’s restaurants, shops, and attractions.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to get around, and winter-ready vehicles are recommended in snowy months. The driveway has a moderate incline and is plowed regularly for your convenience.



We recommend arriving in a car that can handle winter conditions if needed! Close to town, but car required for getting around.



There are private services for wine tastings, but public transportation is limited.



Other Things to Note:

➡️ A Pack ’n Play is available BY REQUEST ONLY and provided free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you’d like one so we can have it ready for your arrival.

➡️ Safety First: Guests use gym equipment, hot tub, and fire pit at their own risk.

➡️ Rental Agreement: Guests are required to sign Get Red-y Vacations' guest rental agreement prior to check-in.

➡️ Security: There is a security camera at the entrance of the property.

➡️ Swimming is not permitted in the on-site pond.

➡️ Decorative Fireplace – The fireplace is for ambiance only and not in use.
