Luxury home at your one stop oasis vacation destination

Loved the house. Perfect for a mid-sized group. Loved the pools and the neighborhood. We drove onto the beach every day, but a golf cart would also work well.

This is so peaceful! It backs up to a little pond (where you can fish) but MAJOR plus a walking trail! The place is beautiful and so bright. I won’t complain about morning light - but be mindful of the WONDERFUL balconies have double door access. Either way. It was beautiful and very peaceful

I wish I had positive feedback for the amount of money we spent to rent this condo for a week. Unfortunately, I am highly disappointed on several issues and the owner that I would NOT recommend this condo to anyone. Where should I start with issues that we experienced during our stay? Let me start with the water was completely shut off on us. We had gone to the beach all day, came back to shower to get ready for our dinner reservation just to find out we did not have any water. We called the property management to make them aware of the situation and management had let us know that the water had been cut off due to NONPAYMENT! It took several hours for the property management to get ahold of the owner, just for the owner to state that he did pay the water bill (of course he’s going to say that). Eventually, and I mean HOURS LATER the property management finally came out and turned the water on. However, we missed our dinner reservations and we weren’t able to cook anything until the water was turned back on. That issue within itself completely ruined half of our day and plans. The front & backyard need SERIOUS attention. There are “stickers” everywhere, to the point where you have to check the bottom of your shoes before entering the house or getting into your vehicle. We basically had to wear shoes the entire time in the house because there are stickers embedded in the carpets from previous guests and if someone forgot to check their shoes prior coming into the house the stickers would end up on the hardwood floor. The amount of aunts on the front and back porch are OUT OF CONTROL. There is definitely a large aunt pile living under the porches that needs to be taken care of. The second someone walks onto the porch and any kind of vibration is made, aunts just appear from under the floorboards. We’re not talking about 10-15 aunts here, we’re talking about an entire village of aunts. It’s ridiculous you can’t enjoy sitting or standing in either area without having to constantly look down to make sure one doesn’t crawl on you. A/C upstairs is freezing, meanwhile downstairs stays cool as long as you’re not cooking. There are no hooks in the bathroom for towels or robes.

The house was perfect for my family . Not many homes have the kitchen on the first floor and let me tell you that made a huge difference packing and unpacking. Also helps if you have an older guest that doesn’t want to go up and down stairs ! We enjoyed the back patio and walking trail. The house is a good size and if we ever needed anything the Vacasa staff was super attentive. We love coming to Palmilla and really enjoyed our stay at Sandy Dunes.

Lovely stay at new beach house. This is our third time staying at Palmilla. This home had beautiful views and very spacious. It’s a newer home and could use more blinds on the doors for privacy. Especially in the master bathroom. Other than that we had a comfortable stay. Also, would recommend a hose for outside so we could wash the sand off our stuff. Standard amenities one would expect and the home is In the newer section of water’s edge. Quiet but a bit far from the pool and other amenities. Would still recommend and had a great stay.
