Luxury Estate. Secluded Folly Beach Home with Infinity Pool!

This home was as glorious as the pictures if not better. We had 8 people with lots of rooms to sleep in and plenty of bathrooms. It’s pristine! Everything is there that you need, including three coffee makers. The living room/dining area is massive and just a wonderful place to gather around the fireplace. The pool (although chilly in early April) was so much fun. A good idea is to bring your own beach towels. But other than clothes and toiletries, it’s all you need. The host was so attentive and when I emailed with an issue (that was my fault) he was right back with a message to help us out. Folly Beach is a favorite of ours, because it’s near Charleston and has some of the cutest restaurants and sweet little shops. The beach is great, and the people are kind. But most of all we loved the house. As massive as it is, it hugs you. You feel at home the minute you step through the doors. The studio was great for one of our 19-year-olds, as it gave him his own space. The game room (that is not listed in the vrbo) is amazing, and the 4 teens spent most of their time there. There were card games and pool table challenges, from adults to kids. But most of all, there were memories. We want to send a special thanks to the host for his communication during our stay! So very necessary and appreciated. Thank you!!

Very beautiful home!!! Rented this home for a girls trip and we had plenty of room for the 9 of us. This house is huge, nice big kitchen for cooking. It was nice having a pool/patio area which we used alot, but also the beach was so close. Folly Beach was not far for restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Like that this home was secluded as well. The host was quick to respond to any questions/comments I had. I would stay there again, love it!!!!

Second time renting this property and it is fantastic. Can’t wait to go back next year.

This place was fantastic!! Everything about it was incredible. Huge living room, kitchen, dining room, great marsh views, wonderful outdoor space and pool. We had an absolutely wonderful week and can't recommend it highly enough!!Wow!!

House was clean, we really enjoyed our stay. The common areas were larger than we anticipated. Could use additional dish ware, lacking bowls and small plates as well as spoon cutlery. Cooking pans and skillets really need updating. We primarily cooked in so really noticed these items as lacking. The outdoor space was lovely. Lot was totally private and we appreciated the quiet area and proximity to the beach.

This was one of the nicest vacation homes I've ever stayed in. The house is even bigger than it seems in pictures - everything was updated so beautifully, it was very clean, and the location was a perfect combination of peaceful and close to downtown Folly. Would love to come back and stay again soon.

Family stayed at this property for our son's wedding. The house was amazing. Very spacious, extremely clean, and well stocked in the kitchen with everything we needed. Everyone enjoyed sitting by the pool and watching the deer and other wildlife on the property. This property is a very short walk to the beach. Would love to stay again!

The property is absolutely fantastic! The location is so private yet close to the beach and town! Your are absolutely surrounded my stunning scenery and the house is immaculate! We could not have asked for a better property for our family trip. The photos really do not do it justice!

The house was amazing! We went with our four daughters (ages 8-13) and my mom. There was more than enough room for all of us. My mom loved having her own space in the guest suite. The pool was perfect and the property is gorgeous. It’s tucked away without being too far to the beach. Everyone was easily able to make the 3 minute walk to the beach!

This property is ENORMOUS! Beautifully situated on the marsh side with beach access within minutes. It has all the storage you could possibly need with 2 refrigerators,2 dishwashers and 2 laundry rooms. The outdoor space is great. There is a pool, large number of lounge chairs,outdoor shower and bathroom. It is a quick 15 minute walk to the pier and middle of town. The host is responsive. The pictures really undersell this property. The MIL suite is a great bonus if separate families are traveling together. This booking was well worth the price.

The house was perfect for our large family. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the pool after a day at the beach.Location couldn’t have been better. It was a short walk to the beach yet tucked away for privacy. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was peaceful for 2 or 14 as we had. You can be alone with space you want or you can have your family/group close but never crowded. We gather around the kitchen, it also has space for much more.

We could not have found a better spot in Folly. The house is stunning, comfortable and clean. The beach is pristine and a very short walk from the house.. but we spent most of our time at the awesome pool and patio at the house. The views of the marsh and nature surrounding the patio give you ultimate South Carolina experience. Beyond the incredible house, the property managers were extremely responsive to anything we needed. Would absolutely book again!

We had an amazing time at Folly. . The house was great and the weather even better. There was ten in our group , and the house was so spacious, clean and well equipped. Cant say enough about the pool and the view. You cannot go wrong with this house. We will be back!

This property is absolutely a 10/10 rental. Our extended family was so comfortable. We all felt like we had our own space. The connected apartment is ideal for a couple or small family who could use a little extra privacy. There are actually four sets of bunk beds in the house! In the upstairs game room there are two sets, and on the first floor there is another bunk room with its own bathroom. The upstairs bunks have to share a bathroom with the master bedroom upstairs. The kitchen and great room are huge and stunning. The view from the back porch/pool area is so private and nothing in sight but the beautiful nature around you. It would be nice to have the option of paying for the pool to be heated, but the kids still used it despite it being freezing! All in all I can’t really find anything negative to say. If you are able to grab this for your vacation- do it! You won’t regret it!

Our group of 4 couples met on a tour 11 years ago and have met almost every year since. This year we picked Charleston and this Folley Beach home. It had beds and bathrooms for each couple and plenty of room for everyone to spread out in. The owner was very quick to answer any questions I had which I really appreciated. My husband and I were coming from snow so loved the large deck to lounge and visit on. Would highly recommend this home. Beautiful place to relax and catch up with friends.

This house is a stunner! The property is serene, has a beautiful, unobstructed view of the marsh, access to the folly river, and surrounding landscape is lush and well kept. The rooms are clean, and well appointed. Every thing was above and beyond what we expected.

There were 9 women celebrating friend for long weekend. The house is close to Charleston, airport and walkable to beach. Plenty of parking too. We utilized the large deck even though cooler. Had issue with heat and management got it resolved within 24 hours. Large great room and kitchen for socializing and party games. There were some changes in beds from image (bunk beds replaced trundle beds) but none that made a difference. We would absolutely go back!

We rented for an extra long weekend getaway and to attend the Oyster Festival. The house was spacious and was a great place to gather. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were very comfy! We will stay here again!

5 Ladies came together at this location for a great weekend. Accommodations were 5 star. We each had our own suite, lots of common area, we probably will do this location again, because it was so awesome.

I always celebrate my birthdays at Folly Beach. This year because of the special occasion, I expected more friends and family. The property was clean, well lit, and accommodated everyone comfortably. The only problem was I had a handicap individual who was confined to the bed, and the TV did not work in the room.

Nice, spacious house blocks from Folly Beach. It worked well for 5 adults, a toddler, and a baby with lots of living space and things to do (pool table, poker table, kids toys/books/DVDs, tons of books throughout). The walk-in closet in the primary bedroom also made a perfect windowless nursery. We would definitely stay again.

This house was prefect for our three generation family gathering. Close to the beach with a very quiet and private view across the marsh!

This property is amazing and was perfect for our college friends annual gingerbread decorating get together. We started this tradition 46 years ago and haven't missed a year. 5 couples used the house to catch up and decorate gingerbread houses while here. We had a wonderful time.
