Beautiful home, nice views of the golf course, private backyard with cute deer sightings, and excellent communication from iTrip ensuring our stay is a memorable one. The only downside to this rental is…having to leave! Book a couple days longer than you think you want to stay, you’ll thank me later! 😀

Thank you all for helping making this a geat trip. House is beautiful and very well equiped. We are already talking about our next booking. I have NO complaints. As an FYI the freezer doesn't work very well at all but this was not a problem for us. Also not sure who's responsiblity it is (maybe renters) but two tv remotes need batteries. Take Care

Wonderful home! Our family of 8 loved staying at This Must Be the Place. Great location. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need for cooking. Each bedroom had its own bath which was very nice. Great back porch. Plenty of chairs, beach towels, games etc. Really nice golf carts. We look forward to renting this home again next fall!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Large enough for everyone to sleep comfortably but also perfect size for everyone to hang out and enjoy each others company! The kitchen and stocked cookware and ALL THE THINGS was so nice to have….and yes, having TWO six seater golf carts made it all a breeze! We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property!

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed! And so fun to take the paddle board to the marsh! We enjoyed the kayaks also! Will definitely stay here again :)

Our family spent the week of July 4th at “This Must Be the Place” and it was exceptional! The house is beautifully decorated, with every amenity a renter could hope for! The screened porch lines the back of the house and overlooks the 6th hole of the golf course - it’s the perfect place to lounge for hours on end. We were thrilled with the grilling area and the many board games that kept our family entertained. The two six-seater golf carts were a real treat and ensured that everyone was included on our jaunts to the beach for the sunset. Lastly, the house is situated on the golf cart parade route - so we had a first row seat to the fun. We highly recommend “This Must Be the Place” - it is truly an amazing place!

Beautiful house and listing of property was spot on. Itrip checked in with us during our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. Great experience and we will probably rent again next year.

We were so very blessed to be able to visit the island with all our kids this year. It was the first year we stayed on the main drag and we have stayed all over the island for the past 25 years. The house was new, spacious and had the best stocked kitchen we had ever seen. We had a huge pot for our crab boil so very yummy. Two golf carts, plenty of bikes and all kinds of stuff for the beach….almost forgot cornhole too. It had the best screened in porch overlooking the golf course and it was so clean. Looking forward to visiting the same house again.

We loved this house! Especially the back porch and large kitchen table to play games on! The 2 golf carts were very nice. Will definitely rent this house again!

We really enjoyed This Must be the Place ! The house is newer, very comfortable, very clean, and very well equipped with almost everything you need. Our pups loved the home also and it was so nice to be able to bring them to the island for a vacation too. The location was great being so close to the creek access, golf course and shaded walking. It is a bonus that the house comes with kayaks and a paddleboard to use anytime during your stay. It has been a hassle in the past to rent these because you are on a limited time schedule and planning around the weather. One of our favorite things to do is play the golf course and it was in great shape! The golf carts were very nice and very fast. The only thing missing was rain enclosures so be sure to bring rain ponchos and umbrellas. The rental company was very attentive and we would highly recommend renting from them!

We had an impromptu opportunity open up to go out of town and beach bound it was. Itrip and staff did an absolutely amazing job helping us coordinate our last minute blunder and it might have turned out to be the best stay ever. House is absolutely amazing (this must be the place), so clean, cozy, secluded but not, and plenty of places to lounge and just enjoy what God has made. Thrilled with the home and mainly Itrip. It’s like the owner took it personally to want to help us- hard to explain but not something you get from most rental companies

We just had an amazing stay with 3 other couples at the beautiful property “This Must Be the Place”. iTrip NC made sure we had everything needed to fully relax and enjoy the beauty of the island. The home was fully equipped with kitchen items, bikes, kayaks, golf carts, beach chairs, games and more. Each of the 4 couples had a king bed with their own bathroom. The couch, beds and outdoor furniture were extremely comfortable. This is surely the place for you if you are looking to stay at a clean, updated, spacious, pet friendly house on a glorious island. It can’t be beat!

We had the best time at This Must Be The Place! Before arrival we received a detailed email with all the possible info you would need. Getting there was smooth and easy. The house was gorgeous! Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We cooked dinners for 12 and never lacked a large pot or a cooking utensil. The beds were so comfy it was like sleeping on clouds. The 2 fancy golf carts had enough seating for everyone. Our favorite part was sitting on the back porch watching the golfers and It’s so quiet. We loved this trip and will for sure be back!

Great place to stay especially if you are bringing a pet! Everything felt new and the house had everything we could possibly need.

We booked this house for a couples' getaway and fell in love as soon as we walked in the door. The house is perfectly located and absolutely stunning. The attention to detail is incredible - every little thing has been thought of! The rental company - oh my goodness! They were so wonderful to work with and communication was fantastic. We had trouble with ferry schedules on Sunday and they were understanding and gave us grace. Book this house, or any house with this company, you will not be disappointed!
