For those searching for a chic holiday destination by the sea, you couldn’t find anywhere more stylish than The Bay. Part of a small complex of luxury properties, this maisonette hangs over Cawsand beach, so you’re just moments from a dip in the sea, but it also offers plenty of space to relax and unwind with friends or family.

Walk into the first floor maisonette, and underfloor heating warms chilly feet after those seaside swims. There’s aspacious utility room to your left, where you can wash and store wetsuits, swimming costumes and beach attire.

On from there, you walk into a large and ultra modern open plan, living, kitchen dining area. The kitchen has the latest fixtures and fittings including an induction hob, two Miele ovens, and a seamlessly hidden fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The room flows to a dining table for six. Then there’s a seating area complete with a large flatscreen TV and glass doors with glass Juliet balcony allowing you to really take in looking out at the view.

Head upstairs (where there’s a stair gate for those who have children), and there are three good sized bedrooms to choose from. The Master bedroom features a Super King sized bed, sea views and an en suite shower room. Bedrooms two and three also have Super King sized beds and the largest of the two at the rear of the property can be turned into two singles if needed. Both provide light and tranquil spaces to sleep with plenty of storage. There’s also a family bathroom complete with a bath and overhead shower.

The property comes with a dedicated parking space in the private underground carpark.

Need to know: The complex includes The Bay Bar & Restaurant on the ground floor of the property, which is very convenient. Guests should expect to hear the gentle hum of outdoor diners during opening hours with the balcony doors open.

    Our second stay in this very comfortable and spacious apartment. The sea and beach views are lovely, the kitchen is very well equipped, the beds are very comfortable. It is rare to have parking in Cawsand and the indoor car park is very easy and convenient to access. We would have stayed again in June but it was already booked! The Bay restaurant immediately below is very convenient/nice for something to eat.

    Extremely pleased with the apartment and view. However definitely not ambient noise from bar below as much more noisy. Also overpowering cooking and food smells at best and at worst people smoking which all wafted up into the apartment! The view was the best part and although we will definitely return it will not be to this particular property because of the points I’ve made.
