Boutique beach house right on the beach with amazing sea views!

Amazing house and brilliant location . Very clean and well appointed.

We had a family stay at this property in August this year. The property is gorgeous and exactly as stated on the site. It is beautifully clean and very tastefully furnished with plenty of room for us all to relax. We managed to swim in the sea several times but were unfamiliar with the tides and missed the sand for the younger members of our group . The area is very quiet with breathtaking walks if you like that sort of and close to the pedestrian ferry to Plymouth which we took . I thoroughly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed !

The perfect family holiday house....the views are amazing, access to the beach so easy....so well resourced with absolutely everything you could need....beautiful decor and furnishings....wonderful!

A truly wonderful home in a special place. The house was beautiful, with amazing views, and well equipped for a family holiday. The village is lovely, unspoilt but with a few lovely pubs (the devonport is a must-visit) and shops. Great communication from Amanda who also recommended things she heard were on during our stay. We would love to return one day.

Beautiful beach front house with fantastic views across the bay. Well equipped and ideally situated for scenic walks and water sports. Cawsand and Kingsand have several good pubs/cafes which you can walk to. Would definitely stay again.

This property is expensive but probably worth it. Four bedrooms, right on Plymouth Sound in the middle of the charming village of Cawsand. Everything you need provided. First Class. Bill H

A wonderful spacious comfortable home, full of beautiful things. Beds all very comfortable. Lounge spacious and comfortable with huge sofas, fabulous views (with comfortable window seats to enjoy them) and lovely paintings, framed knots.The downstairs kitchen is spacious and equipped with good quality plates etc (e.g. Denby), a huge table, which is great for socialising while cooking, a fabulous range cooker, a dresser full of blue and white Cornish crockery, a useful tide clock and wonderful views. The kitchen has everything you need including a glass trifle bowl and very generous provision of dishwasher tablets, bin bags, clingfilm etc. There is a cupboard full of spices and other useful things.There is a separate utility room with a very useful washing machine, separate dryer, plenty of drying racks and a large fridge freezer. Excellent access through the atmospheric tunnel leads to steps down to the sea on one side and a beach the other. When the tide comes in it creates a sweet little cove cutoff from the rest of the beach. It is so relaxing to watch the swimmers, the yachts, the people on the beach. For me it was the perfect seaside place in a perfect unspoilt and quiet seaside village. This was the second time we stayed and I can’t wait to stay again. There was a bottle of sparkling wine, biscuits and chocolate for us on arrival, a lovely welcome. Parking in public carpark is easy/close by.Cannot say enough good things about this magical place.

50th Birthday celebration, The house and location were absolutely stunning. Very well equipped and comfortable home. The view every morning took my breath away. Whole family loved it. Swimming and paddle boarding off the steps was so much fun. Only downside was the passive aggressive neighbours at number 5.

Just perfect in every way. Comfortable beds, beautifully decorated, well equipped, in a perfect location with wonderful views and in a beautiful unspoilt village. Parking in public car park is very easy and close by. Looking forward to returning in May.

Amanda's beautiful home was the perfect place for a much needed girlfriend's weekend away. Beautifully equipped with absolutely everything we needed to completely rest and relax. The location was incredible and, although there is no parking, it was very easy to park in a nearby carpark. Lots to see and do in the local area too......A huge thank you to Amanda for sharing her beautiful home and being a fabulous host.

The property is wonderful and photos are a good representation. Standard of the finish and furnishings are very good and kitchen appliances are of a high standrad. Location was perfect for us, even in poor weather when watching a storm pass through was amazing to watch with waves crashing in front of us. The village has great pubs with great food. Coastal path in both directions from the village gave access to great runs in the morning through beautiful scenery. Amanda is very responsive and I would definitely recommend this property, an amazing place for a fmaily reuniion.

Perfect in every way! The best views from a property we have ever seen. We all loved the location, Cawsand is such a lovely little village and everyone was so friendly. The property was immaculate with gorgeous decor and artwork. Would highly recommend staying here and we would all love to come back one day, maybe for a little longer.

We had a fantastic stay the house itself lived up to everybody’s expectations, better than the pictures which is very rare! The host could not be more helpful & answered any questions very quickly. The village is beautiful & everyone so friendly. We had a trip across to Plymouth on the foot ferry which is only a very short walk to the beach. There was 8 adults with plenty of room for everyone to sit comfortably & also enjoy eating together. The views are fantastic from the kitchen & living room.we would all return again in a heartbeat. Truly a little piece of paradise.

A group of 6 ladies plus a baby, we have just come home from a wonderful few days away. Communication with the host was great, especially when we had a little hiccup at checkin where the cleaners hadnt been and this was promtly resolved. Amandas house is just beautiful, furnished to an incredibly high standard with the most comfortable beds. The views straight out onto the water are so peaceful and the house is within a minutes walk of everything Cawsand and Kingsand has to offer. We would 100% return!!

Amazing views from this large comfortable house right in the heart of beautiful Cawsands. We stayed here 2 weeks with our children and grandchildren and loved the way everything was at hand and easy to access. Amanda was excellent at communications, when we asked questions she responded positively and immediately. The outside space felt shady and unloved but we didn't mind as we gathered on the beach for breakfast and sundowners. Plenty of space and so many bathrooms meant we never felt on top of each other and when it did rain the spectacle was amazing. The sitting room particularly was a wonderful comfortable space for us all to gather and relax. Fabulous holiday.

We had a fantastic week….Cawsand is an absolute delight, and this property is beautiful…..amazing views, everything you could wish for in the house….just a few yards to the beach.
