Luxury Beach House {Heated Pool/Spa-Game Room-Walk to Beach}

the attention to details was excellent, the house was very well equipped with everything we needed

We stayed at this amazing property for my 50th birthday weekend. There was 7 of the us and there was more than enough space for us to relax. The porch was the central spot for us to talk and relax(we didn't even use the living room common space) because of that. The house was spotless, and they had plenty of amenities in the bathroom. The location was peaceful and convenient to the beach and a nice walk to the Outpost coffee shop in the Marina. Plenty of beach chairs, a wagon and a beach buggy and nice quality beach/pool towels. This house was top notch and the host John was very helpful and responsive. A great choice!

Absolutely stunning house within a few blocks of the beach. Decorated beautifully and includes every amenity imaginable. Game room and pool were the kids favorite part while the covered porch was a constant adult hangout. Owners were very accommodating and couldn't have been nicer. We can't wait to come back!

We had a fabulous stay at Under the Palms. The house had everything and more that we needed including a fully equipped kitchen. We traveled with a large group of 8 adults and 5 kids 8 and under. A pack n play, baby monitor, infant tub, tons of beach items/chairs/toys were available. The pool was big and the screened in porch was a dream! We would definitely stay here again. The property manager was also very helpful. I would recommend renting a golf cart as the beach is a bit of a walk especially with kids. We rented from saltwater rides and they brought the golf cart to us. We already want to book another stay here.

We had a great time. Wonderful space to use. Some fun activities. Not quite as close to the beach as we would have liked, but still a very easy walk to get there, so not really an issue at all. It was unfortunately a little cold while we were there, and we weren’t allowed to heat the pool so that was a bit of a bummer. But overall we really loved the place and would recommend it.

Property was beautiful . House and sleeping quarters were perfect. Loved the kitchen and the fireplace. Weather prevented us from using the pool or porch but we would go back again.

Everything went very smoothly, the house and pool are awesome!

A beautiful, well cared for home. The pool was essential since it was so hot the week we used it in August. The beach is not far but not close when it is in the 90s. We ended up driving to the beach and parking on the beach road. Much better. Beach entrances are just north of 31st street or 33rd street. The kitchen is very well equipped. The downstairs ice machine and full size refrigerator were also excellent. The only negative thing I can say is that the bedroom with the bunk beds has much thinner mattresses and the adult who had to sleep in it did not find that comfortable. Also, we never found an AC vent in that room. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the house to anyone.

The house had more than enough room(we had 6 adults and 4 kids), great floor plan for big families. A lot of different areas to spread out. The kitchen was beautiful and stocked with everything you need. LOVE the outdoor area with pool, ping pong, dart board, bar and lounge chairs. We practically lived out there! The golf cart was also a great add on to get to the beach!!

What a fantastic house! Had everything we needed. Loved the screened in porch, pool, and golf cart rides. Would def stay again.
