Stayed Jan 20, 2026The host was wonderful with communicating. We even had a couple of unusual requests. While I did not anticipate immediate responses, I surely got them. Property was beautiful and exactly what our group needed.

Stayed Dec 19, 2025*Buyer Beware*I booked this home about 3 months ahead. It looked good, had great ratings on the home and the host. Everything seemed great. When we got there, it seemed much different than I remembered, but it had been months, I checked the pictures and the written listing to find that it was Not As Advertised. Both the pictures and written listing of amenities included desks and dressers in the rooms, there were none. Loveley beds were shown with comfy duvet covers, there was one. The house is for 12 people and listed was a dining set in the kitchen, another in the dinning area and a third table and chairs on the back patio- there was only the set in the kitchen which seats 6. We had planned to use the grand piano, there is no piano. No grill. We also planned to use the nice crib shown in photos and described, there was a bare bones pac-n-play, without a stable bottom. Less seating/couches than shown. Less decor than shown, just the odd art is still up. All the huge rugs are gone, just 1 small rug at the front door, and one at the back door which really makes all the noise echo in the house. The promised shampoo and soaps were not there, just an odd smattering of conditioners left from previous guests.I never contacted the host about how bare the house was, there was not another place to stay and the payment wasn't refundable at this point. Although it was odd enough that I checked for the house on zillow, sure enough, the house had been sold 37 days prior to our stay.

Stayed May 30, 2025We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful rental house in Arizona for a graduation trip, and it was so nice! The home has wide-open space with much-needed air conditioning. Expect a for-sale sign on the property, which is a bit unsettling as you drive up, but it is a legit Vrbo rental. Second-floor bedrooms included a very spacious master, extra-large bathroom, a single sink, a men's bidet, a toilet closet, and a walk-in closet we used as a changing room. We were able to set up a queen-sized blow-up mattress in the master for additional sleeping arrangements. Perfect fit. The three other guest rooms had comfortable queen beds and were all on the second floor, making it hard for people with bad joints. There is an office downstairs that has a sofa bed, but no one uses it. They got really cold at night. Great for hot-blooded people, but not so much for cold-blooded people. Sharing one guest bathroom became a bit hard for five adults, but it has a toilet closet, which provided a bit more privacy. This property is managed by the owner and does not have the hotel-style white sheets and linens service that I am used to with other rentals, but was clean and very homy. You are obviously sharing a home with the owners, but you still felt welcome. The owner was attentive and responsive, ensuring that our stay was seamless and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a large home with a lot of space for a big group. Happy trails.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024I have owned a VRBO for years so I have experience on that end. I have also used VRBO’s for many years in and out of the country. THIS was the weirdest home I have ever stayed in. First the good: +The staircase and the master bath are so elegant +The property manager was very responsive +The pool was nice. Now the BAD! +The furniture was so worn and broken down, the sofas in the TV room were painful to sit on. The arms left 2X4 dents in my arms. The condition of the chairs, kitchen table, and desks in the rooms was dump worthy. +The pantry and some drawers were very dirty. +There was no organization in the kitchen. Some of the cupboards had Roach bait, cough medicine, cook books, vitamins, two Champaign glasses anda box of tea, all randomly placed in the cupboard. +The artwork, oh the artwork. Someone in the family is an aspiring artist who does portraits…lots of them, scattered on the walls often above eye height. A few were downright creepy. But the color painting of a dog on its back, skinned and disemboweled with its paws missing and its liver hanging out, well that one was over the top! Not to be outdone by the huge black and white of a starving man crucified on a swastika/cross with a number and swastika on his wrist. And the nudes were quickly taken down as we had little ones with us. +I realize this is harsh, but I just paid a lot of money to stay in a home that I chose because of how it was advertised - luxury and beautiful decor. Had a great time with family.
