With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

    What a great condo for our weekend getaway in Charleston. We had 3 couples and felt we had ample space to socialize in the great area and on the 3rd floor balcony. The 3 bedrooms were huge, especially compared to a hotel room. Nice to have a smart TV in every room and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. The 3 bathrooms were also beautiful and well appointed with shampoo, soap, towels and hair dryer. The kitchen had a large island with plenty of dishes and glasses, trash bags, dishwasher cubes, soap, etc…Our host was amazing. Almost immediate response to every question or concern!! We were a little concerned about this area of Charleston and whether we would feel safe or not but in the end, we loved comfort and security of the 3rd floor. There is one designated parking spot under the building. The additional car parked on the street. We look forward to returning to Charleston asap!

    This condo is huge!! The location is perfect and you can walk to just about everything. The bedrooms were massive and each bedroom has its own bath. The kitchen has everything you need and it would be great for a family or girls trip. I would absolutely book this condo again.

    We loved the spaciousness of this spot! Comfortable beds, cozy living room, wonderful kitchen. Location is ideal, still close to downtown but far enough to still be quiet and peaceful. Communication was stellar. Anything we needed was taken care of immediately. I'd recommend bringing your own beach towels if you decide to do a beach day!Construction is happening across the street and looks like a big project in the beginning stages. No noise from it, but it does make the patio view not as nice. Otherwise, no complaints!

    Great spot to enjoy Charleston! Rooms are spacious and clean and offer nice privacy, with each bedroom having its own full bathroom. A delicious breakfast place - The Daily - is a very close walk. We took Uber to the downtown areas, but you can also do a little longer walk in nice weather. Weekends are quiet but during the week there is (at least currently) construction nearby so you may want earplugs if you like to sleep in during the week. That's probably needed throughout Charleston, as there are tons of bachelorette party groups throughout the city! We loved our visit.

    It was a little further from the area I wanted to be but the property is beautiful! The decor was very pretty and it was clean. One very negative thing, which was not to the fault of the owner, is that they are doing construction very close by and start hammering metal a little before 8. This is very loud and not restful.

    We had the most wonderful stay here! We needed to have a meeting with a website designer so we decided to make it an overnight work retreat. We were able to have our meeting right there, then had cocktails on the porch & then walked to an amazing dinner - it was perfect! The space was open & comfortable, the rooms were big & spacious-- the beds were perfect! We will definitely stay there again!

    The location of the property was great and the pictures of the house were accurate. We had 7 adults and everyone was able to fit comfortably.
