A vibrant mural guides you up the stairs to your two-story home when you walk through your private front door. You will find sparkling cleanliness in every room, and total comfort throughout.

In the front, we built a tremendous gilded room with massive windows on every wall. The comfortable furniture and an open-roof deck will beg you to lounge, read, and watch the show outside.

The bedrooms are in the quiet of the third floor, and in back of the second floor. Each has its own spacious character. And, for once, “character” is not VRBO shorthand for “cheap shit we bought at a garage sale.” All new mattresses and bedding make it easy to hit snooze just a few more times before you head out to the street each morning.

You can cook (or reheat your leftovers) with ease in our renovated, fully stocked kitchen.

We recently finished (2024) construction on a brand new private deck on the second floor. It's covered for winter, so you can enjoy your coffee and listen to the rain outside!

Two new bathrooms built in 2019 with custom tile work from a local artisan. One is part of the master suite and the other for the rest of the home. One with a heated floor to keep your toes warm on cold mornings and powerful shower heads.

We offer self-guided 24-hour check in! Our home is set up with a Schlage lock electronic key pad entry system. We provide you with a personalized code to enter at the door and you're in! This 4-digit code will be yours to use to access the house for the duration of your stay. It's super easy and no keys to lose. You will have access to everything in the house and the outdoor areas.

We will be there if ever you need us, and invisible when you don't. We will send you a quick message to check in after you arrive, and otherwise want you to enjoy the space with tranquility. If ever you have a question or a need, please call us, text us or email us and we will come running!

If you need to go more than a mile, there is a bike sharing rack 50 feet from the front door, a bus stop for the #14 a block away and a parade of Uber drivers going past the front door at all times.

We’re also about a mile away from the nearest stop on the Portland Streetcar or the Max light rail line! The transportation options at nearly limitless!

If you wish to bring a pet, you must contact us *prior* to making a booking for approval. There is an additional pet fee based on the length of your stay. We do not allow puppies or dogs that bark. Even if they're SUPER cute. Sorry :( No shoes are allowed upstairs. To protect our 120 year old hardwood floors, please remove your shoes at the bottom of the stairs and leave them on the shoe rack. Smoking is *only* permitted on the upstairs patio with the door closed. Note the following rules & limitations - limitations on outdoor access and rules about parties (none allowed) and non-guest visitors (maximum two at any time, only from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM). Indoor quiet hours in the facility shall be from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Note that this listing may only be rented with all 3 bedrooms a maximum of 95 nights per year, if this listing is still available, it has not yet hit that threshold for the year.
