Luxurious Zen Modern in the Historic N. Mississippi District. Sanitized , clean!

Where to begin...at first this property seemed like a dream. Beautiful location, clean, a lot of space. My whole family came into town to celebrate a late Christmas with me and my infant. My sister and her husband smoke and the property clearly stated “no smoking on premises.” We took this to mean no smoking inside or outside on the grounds. They are kind and courteous people and follow rules. Plus she had us on the hook for a $1500 deposit. I received multiples rude texts and I had to call her to calm the situation when a neighbor reported “outdoor activity.” The activity was the two going out the smoke in front of the home on the curb (like they were told to do because ahem no smoking on the property.) I felt watched and wondered if she had cameras. I thought things had calmed but then she bothered us again to tell us her alarm that indicates when the

The house is very comfortable and in a walkable location. It is nice to have a private garage.

Beautiful home. Everything we needed was there.owner was very easy to work with and quick with replies. The beds were very comfortable my husband did have to wear a sleep mask as the lights across the street stay on all night.

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. We were in Portland for a wedding and the location and home was just as advertised. Everything was clean and modern, just as the pictures portray. The manager, Lill, was always prompt in responses and was very helpful. We would rent this listing again and again.

This was the perfect house for our stay in Portland! It was clean and welcoming. The host was great at communicating and even dropped off coffee when we were running low! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had little extras like ziploc bags and leftover containers for when we cooked at home. The host gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat close to the house. Would stay here again if we travel to Portland again.

We had a fantastic time at Luxurious Zen Modern. The location was fantastic and within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants, cafes, shops, and with easy access to public transit. The house was incredibly well maintained and appointed with plenty of room for our family of four. Lill was highly communicative and made us feel right at home.

Very spacious and clean. Great location. Perfect for families. All amenities you need are present in the house. Be sure to use key fob provided to open the garage and not the wall switch. Overall would come back to this spot again.

The home was modern, bright, and clean. And we liked the location. There were a few negatives. The first is the kitchen cabinet doors showed some wear and tear on the finish. The second is the master bed was too firm for me. The third is there was nothing to block out the morning sun - no curtains. So, it was hard to sleep in once the sun was up. Lastly, the water pressure in the bathroom is not great, especially when using hot water in the sinks.

This house had all the amenities and space for a very comfortable stay for a multi-generational family. The beds were extremely comfortable. The home is very close to the great Mississippi Ave restaurants as well. Please print the house rules to make it easier for old eyes to read.

We visited our son in Portland and celebrated my birthday. The host was great to work with and this property was absolutely amazing! The host thought of everything to make it like home. The property looks even better than the pictures! Very clean and luxurious. We would definitely stay here again!

A very fresh, clean, up-to-date property. We especially appreciated having garage parking. The house is well organized and appointed and we enjoyed staying there.

Wonderful place to stay in Portland. The house was a great size with enough space to spend time together but still be able to have alone time. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Everywhere we wanted to go was very easily accessible. Parking seems to be a bit of a nightmare in Portland so having the garage made life so much easier, especially for those of us who haven’t parallel parked in many years. The house was clean and the hosts were great. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Portland.

The home is situated in a great neighborhood. The house is large, bright and airy. Very clean! Any item you think you may need is offered. Even toys, pack n play & high chair. The bedrooms have comfy beds and large closets. Nice laundry room area. Kitchen is spacious and great for cooking for a family. Supplies are plentiful. The garage access is wonderful as well. We stayed for our daughters wedding at Victorian Belle Mansion and it was a perfect distance away. We would definately wish to stay again!

The house was clean and spacious. The kids enjoyed the foosball table. Beds were comfy. Location was great for our visit. Peninsula Park is only a couple blocks away.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in the N. Mississippi District. The House was very well furnished with plenty of space. It is across from the Community College, but on a very quiet street. I really appreciated being able to park my car in the garage as well. There is a tenant in the basement as required by law but you would never even know it since there is a completely separate entrance. We even went to the Breakfast spot suggested in the hand-written notes for the House and it was excellent! ***I wanted to specifically point-out the excellent communication with Lill. First we were able to get an earlier check-in than expected. Then after check-out, Lill let us know that we had left some of our IDs behind (which could have been a real problem!). We were able to arrange a same day pickup, which definitely saved our vacation (and probably my marriage!). Thanks so much!

This is a beautiful property. It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and two kids. Well equipped, comfortable rooms. If I had to pick something to improve, I would ask that the guest manual be typed instead of handwritten on graph paper. :-D. Not a huge deal, but we all had trouble reading much of it. Thanks for sharing your pretty house.
