This modern farmhouse is luxurious inside and out. Sprawled over nearly two acres, this home’s brand new full kitchen is equipped with all the amenities needed to prepare and serve meals to your group. The large open kitchen (with luxurious appliances like an extra large refrigerator, a farm sink, and aprep island) seamlessly leads to an oversized deck where panoramic views of the Puget Sound and surrounding islands greet you. You may even catch a glimpse of a bald eagle flying overhead or a pod of Orca Whales swimming in the bay. An outdoor kitchen provides extended living and dining space while you enjoy the spectacular scenery. Engage in a friendly (or competitive) game of volleyball on the grass court overlooking the Sound. Meander down a sweet tree-lined path to 200 feet of waterfront, where your group can swim, kayak, and paddleboard by day and gather around a bonfire at night!

Across the street, is the historic Greenbank Farm where you can shop, dine, and indulge in local wines, craft beers and award-winning Whidbey Pies! Just up the road is the quaint Greenbank General Store, where you can restock on the necessities and delectables. Championship golf courses (with par 3 holes to enjoy)are nestled throughout the Island. The seaside towns of Langley and Coupeville are both just miles away and offer quaint shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Visits to the Island’s State Parks - Deception Pass, Fort Casey, and Ebey’s Landing - are a must for tours, hikes, kite flying, bike rides or just a history lesson. Anacortes is just a bit further up the road and provides access to the largest ferry system in the country for even more ambitious exploration trips to places like the San Juan Islands and Victoria, Canada!

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Security camera details: Please note that active security cameras are positioned outside the home facing towards the street and the grounds. They are in a monitored alarm system for medical and fire emergencies.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    Overall, a great stay! Pros:- The house was great - nicely furnished- A well-stocked kitchen, plenty of fridge/freezer space- beautiful viewCons:- the lock for the front door was broken upon arrival, could not lock it for our stay which made us nervous about our belongings- the kitchen could have been cleaned a little better- the fireplace let a draft into the house and it smelled like smoke

    Everything about this house is amazing! the view, the kitchen, the beds, the layout - I cant say enough about our experience! I dont love working with a 3rd party and would love to be in contact with the owner about a few things, but I tried - and just wasnt an option. The 3rd party was constantly questioning me about having a party, when i was simply having a bday dinner with my familly. Other than that, it was perfection and I will be coming back for sure!

    This is the second time we are here. We really enjoy the view and walking on the beach perfect location. we celebrated my 86 birthday and my wife’s 85th birthday with all our family. We had a wonderful time together here in this beautiful house

    Fantastic spot for gathering and creating lifetime memories. House has beautiful views, peaceful setting, amazing wildlife (eagles, deer), games, well stocked kitchen, grill, etc. Easy access to beach.

    The Modern farmhouse in Greenbank, the property and the Island were all beyond expectations. We are a family of 16, including 8 grandkids. The kids LOVED the bunk room! The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, an amazing kitchen and outstanding views of the water!! We all enjoyed spending time at the beach. The yard was perfect for the kids as well. We loved exploring the island, lots of hiking trails, lush forests, farmland and outstanding beaches. It was a perfect vacation get-away.

    This is a fantastic house. It is loaded with everything a family of 16 (9 adults and 7 kids!) needed to enjoy a week together. The kitchen is stocked with tools and flatware/cookware. There is loads of pantry and refrigerator/freezer/wine fridge space. The outside kitchen area is a huge bonus. The common areas are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Opening the two giant sliding doors was my favorite part of each morning. The beds and bedding are comfortable. The bunkroom for kids was a lifesaver. Our patriarch needs a walker to get around and accessibility was a breeze for her. We were even able to get her down to the beach via the gradual grass path. The volleyball/badminton net is a HUGE plus as are the CornHole boards. There are also loads of games and puzzles in the living room cupboards. Walking distance to Greenbank Farm Winery, House of Cannabis dispensary, and the amazing Greenbank Deli are chef's kiss on what is otherwise a stunning location. Our weather was quite warm and the house was able to stay cool thanks to the daily breeze, shades, and mini-splits. The huge yard was freshly groomed and beautiful. The cons?? Icemaker was kaput and the water temp was more difficult to get cold than it was to be warm or hot. Can't figure that one out.

    The house and view are absolutely gorgeous! Living and eating areas easily accommodated our party of 14 adults! We loved seeing the eagles flying in out next door and the deer on the property as well! Beautiful and comfortable for all for 5 days of family fun! Thanks Vacasa!

    The house is beautiful inside and out. If you like nature, you will see lots of eagles nesting nearby as well as deer. House is very comfortable and the outdoor amenities are great. I would highly recommend this house and will stay there again in the future.
