The primary suite on the main level is a true haven, complete with hot tub access and a king-size bed for a blissful night's sleep. Upstairs, the second suite treats you to a balcony overlooking the scenic surroundings and two queen-size beds. The upper-level bedroom/bonus room also has two queen-size beds in a daybed setup. This room also features an entertainment area with a sofa and loveseat, perfect for movie nights or cozy conversations.

- Please note that infants are considered part of the total guest count under HOA rules.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Whidbey Island is home to a naval air base. On a few weekdays each month (and occasionally in the evening), you may hear loud flight training. The Navy does not conduct training on weekends or holidays and typically publishes the schedule one week in advance.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

    Excellent service from reservation to check-out. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The house was lovely, with every detail in place and incredible amenities. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room are all well-stocked. We didn't have time to use the hot tub, but it looked exceptionally clean and inviting. I wholeheartedly recommend this vacation rental. Spotlessly clean and gorgeous, with so many homey details! Thank you for an extremely relaxed and tranquil stay. PS. Much to our delight, during our stay, there was a resident eagle, bunnies, and a doe with her new baby fawn, all of which added to the home's charm.

    The house was very comfortable and inviting. I loved sitting in the hot tub looking at the snow-capped mountains. I also loved walks along the shoreline of Saratoga Pass. Everything we needed was there - it's a well-equipped house for cooking. It's in a great location to go anywhere on the island.

    My husband and I visited this property to enjoy our ten-year anniversary. The views are hands-down the best thing about this home. There are gorgeous views of the water and mountains from nearly every window. The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and taking in the beauty. Our only issue was that there were tons of bees and hornets around the property, and we discovered numerous hornet's nests under the eaves all around the house. Luckily, we found some hornet spray and were able to eradicate some of the nests that we could reach, which enabled us to be outside without fear of getting stung. We notified management at check-out, and they said they would take care of the issue. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

    The location of this property was ideal. The property was clean, had comfortable beds and a very well stocked kitchen. These are the things I look for in reviews and this property checked all the boxes with exceptional views! We couldn't have picked a better spot to enjoy Whigbey Island and enjoy the weather. Flying bald eagles were a bonus to see from the front porch. This property will be placed in our favorites folder and hope to return to in the future. Book it..you will not be disappointed:)

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall terrific! Location was a bit of driving each day. Beautiful home. Only negatives were no room darkening shades and the shower curtains had red mildew at the hems.

    This was the best VRBO house we have stayed at. The house had everything you could ask for, and more. Amazing views of the water, fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room and more. Very nice dishware, utensils, bakeware. pantry had lots of essentials for baking and cooking, plus lots of spices, teas, and coffee. Beds were firm and super comfortable. Bathrooms were really nice too. The kids loved the toys and games. TVs had very basic cable, but we were able to cast Netflix and our home cable provider from the casting devices available in the living room and bonus room. The DVD selection is great too. The hot tub was the highlight. We spent time every day relaxing in the hot tub looking at the calming waters, watching eagles, hummingbirds, herons, and deer wander around the property. The location was perfect, centrally located with easy access to all parts of the island. The beach was a very short walk away, but be warned, it is uphill on the way back. The property managers were excellent and were very responsive. We loved this house so much! We would absolutely come back. Thank you!

    I and four friends had the pleasure of staying for 3 nights. It was as lovely as the pictures depicted, clean, extremely well stocked, and had a stunning view (which we enjoyed from the hot tub). The house is located about 10 minutes or so from the Coupeville/Port Townsend ferry for an easy walk-on trip to Port Townsend. The host was amazing. She provided clear instructions and responded quickly to all questions. I highly recommend friends, families, and couples choose this house for their stay in this area.

    Two families with 3 total children ages 8-11 stayed for 3 nights and we were super comfortable and entertained. The house is nicely appointed and better stocked than ANY rental we have stayed at before (especially the kitchen). The hot tub was great, even in the rain. The view was beautiful. We were close to a ton of hiking and good food. And, the movie selection was great for kids and adults.
