Luxurious Tree House Retreat with wrap around balconies and Hot Tub

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Helen, GA! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and so thoughtfully stocked. The beds were incredibly comfortable—we all slept great! The shower pressure was perfect, and every room had its own TV, which was a nice bonus for unwinding at night.The house had everything we needed and more—ample dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, and even makeup wipes (such a thoughtful touch!). We loved playing air hockey and ping pong, relaxing in the hot tub, and working on the puzzles provided. The extra towels for the hot tub were also appreciated.The location was fantastic—just minutes from all the fun things to do in Helen, yet tucked inside a safe, peaceful gated community. We especially loved the high-tech master light switch—such a cool feature!We’re already planning our next trip and will definitely be reserving this place again. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area!

Marvelous home, very clean, fully updated, lots of space (3 stories), and just minutes from downtown Helen. It’s everything you could want in a vacation home.

Unit was outstanding

This house was perfect for our family get-together! The ping pong/air hockey table was a hit! Spacious enough for a family of 8 without feeling crowded. Loved that it had 4 bathrooms too! Bonus was we saw a beautiful black bear in the neighborhood!! I would recommend this to anyone!! What a blast!

The house was beautiful! We came for a few days for my son’s wedding which was about 20 minutes away. It was in a perfect neighborhood and we will definitely be back.

We had a great stay Baumhaus (Treehouse). We have visited North Georgia several times but have never stayed in the Helen area. We wanted to celebrate Oktoberfest in Helen and this property was very close. The house is literally in the trees and we loved it. The house itself was very comfortable including the plush beds. The host was amazing and was able to accommodate us for two additional nights when hurricane Milton was approaching and we wanted to get out of Miami early. The fireplace was one of my favorite features early in the am sipping my coffee. All in all, our family had a great time and really enjoyed our stay.

We had 3 generations in one home for several nights. We had enough beds and bathrooms! The porches were excellent and and the neighborhood was so close to everything in Helen!

Sisters & spouses, golf, hiking, tubing, Oktoberfest, wineries and mountain coaster! Good times

Beautiful home! So close to everything but tucked away in the woods. It was exactly as described.

Everything was great except bathrooms were not vey clean. Rings in the toilet, one rug stunk like urine in a bathroom. Could of had some baggies and tinfoil for cooking. Had a wonderfil time!

Nothing but positive things to say. The location of the property, the layout, the space, and the accommodations were perfect for a trip to Helen with plenty of hiking and rafting.

My family stayed here. Cabin eas beautiful, clean, and located in a quiet part of helen. The scenery from the balconies was amazing and we had a great time here

Very pleasant stay, except the bed was too high for us. Had to order stools to get up on it. In addition, hand rails leading up to the parking would help as well. Steep hills leading up to the house. However overall we liked the stay. Was very quiet until car show rolled into town.

Beautiful property - very comfortable and accommodating. Only issue was the toilet in downstairs bathroom made noises- and the floor downstairs was not clean. Otherwise we loved it.

The location was quiet and the neighbors friendly. We found the home to be clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for fixing meals. The grandkids and us enjoyed the game room. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.
