This expansive estate is all located within walking distance of Twin Lakes Village and hiking trails around the lakes. It is a perfect place for skiers, hikers, and sightseers alike. It is an easy 45 minute drive to Copper Mountain Ski Resort and Aspen in the summer and sits conveniently at the base of the highest 14er in the Rockies, Mt Elbert. It is also located between two beautiful mountain towns with lots of varied restaurants, galleries, and coffee shops. Or for those of us who would rather be pampered it is located within driving distance to the famous hot spring resorts in the Collegiate Peaks.
