Stayed Oct 5, 2025Great place for a large group to get the neighborhood feel for Charleston. Lots of room and WC privacy for everyone. Short walk to King Street for all needs. Jamie and Zach are the perfect hosts, before and after. My daughter left items there and Zach took them to my local office the same day so we could get them shipped back to her. Their perfect ranking is earned and deserved. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

Stayed Jul 27, 2025The host, Jaime and Zack were very responsive and helpful with questions, and responded very quickly. Eight of us stayed in the main house, a historic two story Charleston style home. The property description was accurate. The bathrooms and decor are updated and work well with the home. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for making breakfast and snacks. We tended to eat our lunch and dinner. There are several restaurants on the same block that offer all sorts of variety within walking distance. Great location with quick access to the downtown King Street district, quick access to Mount Pleasant (just across the Cooper River Bridge), quick access to West Ashley…the College of Charleston and the MUSC complex are close enough to walk to.When we return, we will try to rebook this location.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025We had a wonderful week long stay! The house was perfect for our group, well appointed, clean with comfy beds and generous bathrooms. The hosts were extremely helpful, responsive and very friendly. The location was excellent and centrally located to everything we wanted to see while in Charleston. Walkable to many restaurants and great shopping. We fell in love with Charleston and would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed Apr 4, 2025This gorgeous house was HUGE! Each bedroom was spacious and bathrooms were amazing. The outdoor porch space with table was a favorite hang out spot for drinks. Quick walk to King street with cute breakfast spots nearby. Would highly recommend staying here, it is a gem.
