I had read on previous reviews that the wifi was spotty and there weren’t any spices in the kitchen, we didn’t have a problem with either. The only thing I would mention is to maybe get a keurig coffee machine as the cuisinart machine didn’t work well with K cups and it was obvious so many had tried because there were tons of K cups left. We had a magnificent time and the house was so very comfortable, clean, inviting and in a great location. The nugget ice maker and amazing master shower were both a big plus!

The 3 bedrooms work for us, our 2 sons & daughters-in-law, and the bunk rooms are a perfect fir for 4 grandsons (first floor bunk room), and 4 granddaughters (upstairs bunk room). We love the location on the Great Lawn, and especially love the 3rd floor balcony with great breezes & great views. We've stayed in 2 other houses, which were great, but The Oceanaire is our FAVORITE!

Beds were comfortable, blackout shades were great; all furnishings were beautiful and comfy. We loved the location next to the great lawn where our kids spent lots of time playing, and it was central to pools, the social circle and a short walk to the beach. The activities while we were there were a nice bonus (trip happened to fall over Easter, so there were extra activities in addition to concerts, outdoor movies). We also had an adult dinner out at Lisabellas which was fantastic. Our only qualm would be that the internet at the house was spotty (though workable enough that we didn't reach out about it). Our kids asked if we could come back before we even left.

However, the WiFi at this home is very weak (the signal appears strong but it doesn't actually work with multiple devices on it) so if you are hoping to work remotely while here or use WiFi for other reasons, it will not work.
