With 2,000 square feet of luxe living space, this 3BR/3.5BA home offers the ideal Gulf getaway. Overlooking the gorgeous resort grounds and located across the street from one of the sparkling shared pools, of which both are heated during winter months. This stunning home has it all!

Amenities at the Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Community include a shared courtyard with a fire pit, a boardwalk to the beach, and on-site dining at the Black Marlin Restaurant.

LIVING AREA

The stylishly appointed living room features an inviting, beachy color palette. Stretch out on a sectional (converts to queen sleeper) as well as several chairs and watch shows on the 75” TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The spacious and modern kitchen is a chef’s dream. Outfitted with a complete set of high-end stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas range, the kitchen also has a large island with plenty of counter space for meal prep.

The breakfast bar and center island offer seating for eight. Or gather around the eight-person dining room table.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home sleeps 10 guests between three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Three full bathrooms and a half bath are stocked with complimentary starter supplies of toiletries and bath amenities.

The master bedroom features a comfy king bed and a 42” TV. The en-suite master bath has a double vanity and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a 42” TV. The en-suite bath offers a tub/shower combination.

In the third bedroom, you’ll find a twin-over-king bunk bed. Watch favorite shows on the 42” TV. An en-suite bath holds a tub/shower combination.

A half bath off the kitchen provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREAS

This home features three second-floor balconies. One overlooks the courtyard with a four-seat dining table, as well as a two-person seating area. The second balcony is located on the opposite side of the house and has seating for two. A third balcony includes four tall Adirondack chairs.

A gas grill and an outdoor shower are located on the patio.

The community courtyard offers alfresco dining and a fire pit, and just across the street is the seaside pool.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for up to three vehicles.

Visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. Enjoy a designated area at the beach with air-conditioned bathrooms and food services.

For on-site dining, you’ll find the exquisite Black Marlin Seaside Grill, REDS Patio Bar, and the Agave Poolside Cantina.

The newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. Palmilla Beach challenges golfers of any skill level with ocean breezes, lush fairways lined with native grasses and challenging greens. With a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game.

Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

    This is a beautifully appointed home in the Palmilla resort community. We loved spending down time sitting on the side balcony enjoying the cool ocean breezes. The kitchen fit our needs and the bedrooms were quite comfortable. The home comes with bed linens, beach towels & bags, basic bathroom necessities and kitchenware. We really enjoyed our stay!

    Overall the property was great except for some maintenance and cleanliness issues. There was mold or mildew around one door and some light fixtures were humidity was obviously coming in around the seals. This resort is overpriced when compared to similar resorts on the island that offer similar amenities. The house itself and the the beds/furniture were all quite nice and comfortable, but make sure you check that doors and windows are actually locked when you check in.

    We loved everything about our time at Agave Cottage. The house was well stocked, and so comfortable. We especially loved the fully equipped kitchen, the sandbox full of beach toys, and the awesome private grill. The firepit and greenspace out front is communal but we had awesome neighbors! Loved renting the golf cart to have for the week, made for easy pool and beach access over the dune bridge. We will be back!

    We were a family of 8 and was very comfortable! Great location to beach and 1 of the pools! Only complaint was the outside grill was very dirty so we didn’t use it but didn’t discourage my rating of 5 stars !!

    3 families, 4 kids under 4, plenty of elbow room for everyone to play, eat, sleep and enjoy the home. Perfect location in Port Aransas, close to town, direct access to the beach, what more could you ask for? Palmilla is a great place to stay and we'll definitely be back to the Agave house.
