Stayed Jul 12, 2025Amazing location for two families and grand parents to stay. Easy biking distance to Sea Colony (where we had other family staying) and to the beach in Bethany. Very well equipped with games and bikes and TVs for down time. Comfortable beds and couches and space for big family dinners. Great communication!

Stayed Aug 17, 2024Great place to stay right near a cul-de-sac with plenty of space inside and out. Nice pool in short walking distance. Great open floor plan with all the utensils needed. The bedrooms have adjacent bathrooms and there was a powder room on the first floor so it's great for a big family. The master suite is great and private! Would definitely stay again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We previously stayed in another home in the same development and knew that we loved the street. This house was clean, modern, and beautiful. My kids (ages 4 and 5) love the community pool, and it's the perfect spot to chill after mornings at the beach. It's a quick and easy drive to Bethany, as well as other area attractions.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023This home is gorgeous! Decor is perfect - beachy but not over the top. Our family truly felt at home in the house. My husband said it is the best he ever slept in a vacation house - he was that comfortable there. The front steps are plentiful and steep - something to consider when renting this home. The kitchen could have been stocked a little better but that was not a huge deal. I like to cook so some better knives and a few more utensils would have helped. Also would have liked tvs in the bedrooms. Not a deal breaker for me but my family mentioned it. The community pool was awesome. A great stop for my daughters after a few hours at the beach. It is a quick drive to the beach and shops. The location is really great. And the neighborhood was awesome - everyone was really friendly and it was very relaxed. We will absolutely rent this home again.
