Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is so functional for all age groups. Every floor has a common area, and the kitchen being on the first floor is a game-changer. We all had plenty of space, and we were at the max capacity of 14. The dual washers/dryers made beach and pool laundry so quick. This house was definitely at the top of our list, and this is probably our tenth year staying at CS.

We always stayed at a different location but due to management changes and a bad experience last year, we decided to try Cinnamon Shore. We arrived just before 4pm but didn't check in until almost 5pm which was a bit disappointing. The house was worth the wait! It's beautiful! We had seven adults and seven children represented by three families. The way the house was laid out, each family had their own space (floor) they could retreat too. The kitchen, eating area and living room were a nice size so even when we were all downstairs it didn't seem crowded at all! House was beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well stocked. Was a bit of a challenge to shut the exterior doors as you had to pull up on the handle to secure it. The kids couldn't do it. Sometimes we didn't have warm/hot water to shower or warm/hot water for the sink. Not sure why. There was one house across the street that was under construction but we didn't notice the noise when inside at all. It was great having two dishwashers and two sets of washers and dryers. It was also helpful to have a decent size small refrigerator on every floor. The community was quiet! The location of this house is fantastic! Didn't take long to get to the beach, lake or swimming pools walking or driving the carts. Highly recommend renting beach carts from Sage Carts! Swimming pools are a nice size and very clean! The only complaint is that one of our family members is disabled. Having the bedroom downstairs was part of the reason I chose this house. However, you had to step down to use the shower in the bathroom for this bedroom but there wasn't a handicap bar to hold onto. Made it very difficult for this person to get into the shower. Even with the lack of warm/hot water and no handicap bar, my family all agreed we would definitely come back and stay at Cinnamon Shore and rent this house again! Highly Recommend!!! We LOVED it!!!!

There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about this property and Cinnamon Shores. The house had everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and I loved having enough bathrooms for everyone. The community was awesome, we enjoyed being at the pool when weren't at the beach. And all the kids loved the fishing that was practically out the back door. Wonderful place to stay and totally recommend!!

It is about a half of a block from a playground and pool. The unit was immaculate, lots of space and plenty of beds. The construction across the street was not a problem.

Nothing beats a first floor kitchen and king suite for elderly grandparents- that’s me -LOL!Really the house was perfect: well stocked, clean, well maintained and the perfect location! Short walk for our youthful crew who wanted to get some exercise and just a few steps across the street and over 1 house to the best fishing! Perfect house; first time in CS south but we will return 🥰

We had 4 cars and were able to park 2 in the driveway and 2 in front of the house. Everything looked brand new and in superb order. Highly recommended.
