I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Oh my goodness, this might have been our favorite rental yet! We became in January like we always do (year 3)- and it got particularly cold towards the middle of our stay! Thank goodness for this house— it’s in a great location, it was perfectly stocked with so many board games and puzzles and cards and chess— we even had time to learn new games as a family! We have young kids in the house was perfectly compatible. The beds were so comfortable, the house itself is obviously well built because it’s very quiet for those that want some peace and quiet downstairs lol. I loved all the sweet decoration touches— made it feel extra cozy. Bonus: even staying in the winter you have no idea how nice it is have to TWO laundry rooms!!

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I were celebrating his 80th birthday and a venuefor two meals and lots of visiting. The home is beautifully appointed, across from the Dune Pool with a short walk to the beach. There are two kings upstairs with one of them being ensuite and one ensuite king downstairs and an ensuite bunk room with 5 beds. The kitchen is well equipped and the elevator made life easy for our family members with mobility issues as well with loading and unloading. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property!

The elevator was really convenient for the grandparents and the houses layout really made each bedroom feel like it's own area. The dining table looking over the pool was so pleasant! We loved the soothing colors in the home and the location was perfect. Pool across the street, big lawn one house over, and the beach was a 2 minute walk down the sidewalk. We absolutely loved it!

The home is spacious and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the rooms/beds were extremely comfortable. We were also right across the street from the pool and a few steps away from the Great Lawn where the kids could play. Location is GREAT! This home also has a walk-in closet that was a must for us to set up a pack-n-play for our toddler to sleep undistracted. Book Grand Central for your next vacation!! Highly recommend!

The house had everything we needed and was spacious yet cozy. Would definitely stay again. Dune pool is directly across the street which is very convenient. Short golf cart drive down the street to beach entrance. A perfect house!
