With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

    This property was perfect for our young adults. Spacious, modern fixtures, contemporary furniture, everything they love about a space. The children had plenty of room to chase around and enjoy their time together as cousins. The champagne provided was much appreciated as we were celebrating a wedding event.

    We rented units B & C for 5 couples and it was perfect. The living spaces were spacious and easy to make meals together. We loved sitting on the porches and laughing. There were easy walks to King St. College of Charleston and meals. I’d recommend highly. Communication was excellent with property managers

    I decided to celebrate my birthday with my friends on a Girls’ Weekend, and this property was the perfect choice! The communication with the host was excellent—I was able to order a case of champagne in advance, and it was already chilled in the refrigerator when we arrived.The property is exactly as described—luxurious, spacious, and well-equipped. Our group of 13 women, all accustomed to having our own accommodations, had some initial hesitation about sharing a rental. However, from the moment we arrived, everyone was thrilled. The space was impeccably designed, and nothing was missing.I can’t say enough to do it justice. If you're considering booking this place, don’t overthink it—just go for it!

    The property was nice. Carpets were dirty. I felt like the communication was extremely general. The answers to my questions were vague. I'm guessing this is a group who owns the property. Overall, it satisfied our needs.

    We had a group of 9 adult family members from all over the U.S. (NYC, Portland, OR, Little Rock, AR, Atlanta, Jackson, MS, etc.) join us for a week-long stay. Having both units made it easy for the late-night folks to enjoy one while the earlier risers enjoyed the other. Each unit had an open concept making it comfortable for all to be together. We cooked Christmas eve dinner using both kitchens -- having two well-equipped kitchens made all the difference. The location is convenient for walking to restaurants, shops, etc. on Meeting and King streets. Also, loved the Tiny Tassell shop just up the block from the units. Management responded to any questions we had in prompt manner.

    We ran to the space so we could spend Labor Day weekend with my family. We live in Mount Pleasant, but have three grown children that are in different towns. Grandkids came as well. The property is clean, spacious and well stocked. The furniture is very nice and the bed is very comfortable, we had just a couple of issues with Internet as with that many people the bandwidth was insufficient. We address this and I believe they will take care of this. We had two parking spaces which were adequate for us, but if you have other friends it’s a little difficult. The management company was great and responsive. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it.

    Excellent property. Unit looks as advertised, very large spacious rooms, 2 large living rooms ideal for big groups, everything very clean and modern. Our group of 14 people had plenty of space
