We had a wonderful time the house is beautiful and very clean the resort was beautiful over all a lovely stay

The house is everything you need for a larger group. More importantly, the staff and service was top notch. We had a few hiccups during check-in, but they were able to send folks out to fix the issues immediately. Communication was very professional and incredibly easy, all handled over text message. Highly recommend

We would definitely book again unfortunately it is not available for our dates in 2025. This is our 4th year at Cinnamon Shore and first year at South. We were close to both pools and the beach access. Hope the other amenities will be available next summer. The kids missed being able to walk to those things.

Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our family of 19 in regards to bedrooms, bathrooms, decks, kitchen, bar coolers, etc. We have been going to Florida for years and this was the best house for us. It was clean, well stocked and a great view even though more construction may block it. Even though we weathered a tropical storm (Alberto), it was one of our best family vacations.

The house is beautiful and there was plenty of room for all of us. The balcony faced the ocean and we would sit out listening to the waves and watching the pelicans fly by. Beach crossover was right next to the house and the pools were a very short walk - perfect location. We will be back!

Couldn’t be happier. We had ages 7-77! Hope to return next year!The only disappointment was communication with the management office while there. Not easily accessible. Could call but had to leave messages and response was not timely.The only emails we ever received were about payment and/or other options while there.

Everything was perfect—the location, the layout, amenities and space. We had plenty of room to spread out and the house furnishings were both comfortable and beautiful.

The elevator was broken (was called right before leaving town day of arrival), the mircro wave did not work with out holding the door closed and the back door was only able to be lock by the inside. Maintenance did come and look at these but was not able to fix for the time we were there Wednesday-Monday. The kitchen on the 3rd floor and the ages of my grandchildren made it difficult to manage the stairs. Children 1,2,3,7,9. I spent a lot to rent this property and felt that these broken items were part of the rental cost. I could not recommend this property with the experience we had.

The separate living areas are a nice plus. The balconies are a great place for a morning cup of coffee. When we arrived, the elevator wasn’t working, so we had to lug all our food and drinks up to the third floor. It was difficult for some in our party to manage the stairs, which is why we chose a home with an elevator. The microwave only worked when you pushed against the door. One of the dryers didn’t work, and one of the ceiling fans didn’t work. The refrigerator was at 50* when we needed to unload our perishables and didn’t reach the proper temperature until the next morning. The maintenance person set off an alarm that could be heard throughout the house when he came to check the elevator and left. After about an hour of listening to it, we realized he wasn’t coming back. Thankfully, the front desk was able to get someone else to come silence it. Considering the cost of renting from CS, one would think they would do a better job of upkeep on these homes. However, we have experienced problems like these in our last 3 rentals. It is unfortunate.

Since our family of 18 ate in almost every meal, the two dishwashers were must haves. Plus there is a laundry room on each of the 3 floors which allowed us pack lightly and wash as needed during the week. Would definitely rent this house again!
