Lux resort: Heated pool , pontoon boat , paddle boat and fishing. new A/C's

The property owner has hidden cameras in house left bloody food in the fridge left fishing hooks on the floor my one year old child was playing with 1 and got it stuck to his close the boat was not charged The swimming pool was called was harassed by property owner called in the middle of the night 6 o'clock in the morning asking for a reminder of money or I would be kicked out but Travelocity releases their funds differently than vrbo. Afterwards homeowner made false claims that I had a dog in the house when I flew on an airplane. Among many other false claims because I caught them with cameras in their house I was able to prove to VRBO that this was false with photos and my flight to itinerary. For now I am out of a $1000 For deposit for deposit. Worst experience ever. Be warned now. Ive never had complaints before exept from the terrible homeowners oh and they live in the home to expect to see there personal items and Buddhist Altars in the house.

We loved the home. Beautiful water ways in back. It was so fun to drive the boat around. Close to shopping and restaurants in Peoria and Glendale. We enjoyed the baseball spring training in the area.

Despite reminding the host one week before our arrival to ensure that the pool was heated, it was unheated and obviously cold. I reached out (again) to the host, asking for remedy, and a man showed up in about an hour, turned the pool heater on, stating that it was set at 85 degrees and should warm to that within a couple of hours. We were unable to use the pool over our entire stay, and feel absolutely misled by the sites mention of a heated pool. We paid a premium for this rental, in large part due to the scarcity of heated pools in that area. Do we feel cheated? Yes, wouldn't you? We then found a sizable patch of (someone elses) hair in our bed, stripped the sheets, replacing them with sheets found in the closet. Were we creeped out My wife did some spot cleaning on the floors. Though the hosts had nothing to do with it, the weather was spectacular and the neighborhood was quiet. Overall, a somewhat disappointing rental experience.I might also add that I am 80 years old,but fortunately, in good shape, because the house is on 4 different levels!

Great place on the lake. Great backyard. Pool was supposed to be heated, it was not. Some of the decorations were not family friendly such as glass, had to put them up. Could use a declutter and a deep clean. Overall, nice place.

Loved the location and amenities. Nice pool and backyard. The pontoon boat was fun and the fishing was quite good. Lots of space for everyone with private bedrooms/bathrooms.

Overall VERY happy with everything. The pool was extremely clean and warmed up to 80 degrees in February. Yard was clean and comfortable for outside entertaining. Pontoon boat was a blast and we even caught some fish. Kitchen and bedrooms nice and dining area gorgeous. Quiet nice neighborhood with easy access to stores and freeway.

Lovely home in a great location. Disappointed the pool temp was 60 degrees and had to go to Walmart to purchase fishing line for the poles. Would definitely stay again.

We decided to take our young girls on a little vacation for our wedding anniversary and we were very excited to find this property that had a pool in the back yard as well as the pontoon boat. Our girls LOVE to swim and the pools in our state are closed for the season so we specifically rented this property for the pool. We would get to relax together and our kids could swim their little hearts out. In the listing description it specified in all CAPITAL letters that the pool is HEATED and it also stated this in the information binder in the home. Well we were sorely disappointed when the pool was in fact not heated and never got over 67 degrees. They got to swim all of 10 minutes total over the entire trip we spent there because it was “take your breath away” COLD. On top of that.. when we brought it up to the host she had zero sympathy and just said “sorry, the heater is broken”. She didn’t try to get it fixed, she wasn’t willing to reimburse us in any way, and she never once told us this before we paid her a lot of money to stay there. It was also stated that the house was professionally cleaned but it was clear that that definitely wasn’t the case. The house was full of cobwebs and I went home covered in spider bites. When I opened the coffee maker there was an old filter in there that was hard as a rock. Overall I would never go back and I would not recommend this property to anyone else. We made the best of our situation but it was not worth the money spent.

Great house - spacious and open. Supplied with everything you need. 5+ stars to the outdoor area. Loved the patio, and the view of the lake is incredible.

Pool was disgusting, green and unusable. It took 4 days to get addressed, still unusable. Had to leave vacation 4 days early.

The house is the perfect place to stay for a vacation. And the pool was heated and the Pontoon Boat worked flawlessly!
