Lovely Waterfront Suite near Portsmouth

Beautiful location on the river while also centrally located. Lovely space filled with fresh flowers and treats.

Host was amazing.Suite was perfect for our needs. Clean, comfortable, quiet, with a great water view.

The property was exactly as listed. The photos are completely accurate. It was wonderful to be able to have the view of the water from the elevation of the upstairs bedroom. As described, there is no kitchen but there is a nice sized refrigerator that is thoughtfully stocked with bottle beverages and half and half for the provided coffee. Andra also has a little basket of welcome muffins on arrival. These are very kind gestures that are echoed in the overall experience. I can’t wait to return for complete R&R since this was working weekend trip. Thanks for the great spot to return to at night!

We had a wonderful overnight stay and enjoyed such a relaxing, quiet evening. The waterfront view was beautiful and peaceful, and the cozy igloo with the fireplace made the experience feel extra special. The area was very private, clean, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The house itself was spotless and inviting, and the host was excellent with communication, making check-in smooth and easy. Overall, a perfect place to unwind and recharge. We would gladly stay again!

From the moment we walked in, we were aware of the quiet and calm atmosphere. We were immediately drawn to the back deck with the warm igloo that overlooks the bay, causing a serene ambiance. The entire property is well taken care of and it is obvious Andra is meticulous with her provisions--from amenities to essentials. Andra communicated with us well--giving us all the info we needed to check-in, check-out, and what we needed in between. She offered immediate response if something was amiss during our stay, but of course, nothing was. It took but a moment to shred the cares of the world and to sink into the peacefulness of this property. We plan on going back soon!

Had a great time with the wife. The bedroom and bathroom were much bigger than expected. Sitting area and fireplace. And the outside igloo was amazing too. Some of the coldest weather and with the heater and a blanket we were comfortable enough to sit in there for a few hours at night and the next morning.

Andra was an extremely welcoming host, providing yummy muffins upon arrival, the rental was decorated very warmly for fall and she even hung a banner wishing my husband and I a Happy Anniversary, so sweet! Absolutely loved staying here! Andra has thought of everything and gone the extra mile with delicious home baked pastries and a nicely stocked refrigerator with condiments and an assortment of drinks. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Andra has thought of everything and then some more. There were muffins, snacks, sodas, water and condiments left for our use. The bedroom upstairs was fabulous with a huge walk in shower and the bedding was very comfortable. Outside deck view of the river was also very peaceful. My least favorite spot was the downstairs, very dark and not a great 'kitchen area. Overall, nice for our short stay.

House is very charming, and well stocked. The outside kitchen (although we didn’t use) is a great idea along with a nice deck over looking the water. Although this is a 2 family house, we never heard or saw the neighbors. A road away is very loud, but you absolutely do not hear in the upstairs bedroom. Clean, convenient to several towns, and good price for everything they have.

What an absolute relaxing stay we had ! Everything about it is what you want to unwind !! Cant wait to go back .

Our host was absolutely delightful as was the space. Being able to take a morning swim and then sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee outside was a dream come true and exactly what the doctor ordered. We love you Andra, and we hope to come back next summer!

Very relaxing atmosphere

While the weather turned a bit cold and windy. It was a great stay to unwind from a tough year. The fireplace was fantastic and so were the restaurant recommendations by the owner. Would definitely like to enjoy the property when it's warmer out to enjoy the outdoors more.

I planned an escape for my girlfriend and I away from the bustle of our work for Valentine’s Day. A lovely drive north brought us to the coziest of suites, complete with fireplace, water views and a tasty apple crumb loaf to start our stay. The place was immaculate; everything accommodating to relax and enjoy each other’s company. We were not only able to enjoy Portsmouth, just a short drive away, but returned each night to a relaxing room, lighting a fire and letting out stresses dissolve. Andra was incredibly attentive to all of our needs, and was available for any questions we had. Her attention to detail, her incredible suite and her fantastic apple crumb loaf completed the perfect weekend. Highly recommend this Venmo and hope we can come back again soon!!

If you are visiting the Seacoast and want to experience its beauty, this is the place to stay! It is right on the Great Bay, and it offers stunning views! An amazing host, with thoughtful touches like fresh flowers snacks, and coffee. Beautifully decorated.

I could have written my review on the first night of our stay. The space is absolutely beautiful and is exactly as described. Andra is the consummate host. From the homemade pumpkin bread that greeted us upon arrival, the well stocked refrigerator, we didn’t want for anything. You will not be disappointed.

We absolutely fell in love with this little space! It was perfect for my husband and I visiting Maine for the first time. The bed was so comfy, the house had everything we needed, and the host was a 15/10! We walked in and were greeted with a basket of treats and homemade zucchini bread, she had the fridge full of beverages, and even stopped in to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. She provided great suggestions of places to see and eat and the view is perfect.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay here so much! The owner baked us fresh brownies which was a nice surprise when we walked in the door. The place was beautiful and tidy with such a gorgeous view of the ocean! We had such a peaceful stay and would happily return
