The house is well-stocked with all of the necessary items, and was very clean. Our family enjoyed lots of time on the dock, on the screened-in porch, and appreciated the wrap-around deck. Great house and location on the Intercostal Waterway!

The management team was very helpful as we planned our first stay on Goat Island. The property was as described. It was well-appointed and well-maintained. Pictures don't do it justice! Bring your boat and water toys, and have a great time!

We sat out on it every day and enjoyed the beautiful view. The house was the perfect size for our 2 families. The description was exact on property. Location across from marina was great. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy a peaceful place! Island Realty was great. Checked on us and made the entire check in/check out process simple.

The house was very clean and well stocked,and the beds were very comfortable. Really enjoyed sitting on the dock in the evenings watching the boat traffic. If you want a real low country rental this is the place. Cannot wait to rent it again!! Also Island Realty is an excellent company to work with.
