Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really loved this house. Modern amenities. Lots of light. Saw wonderful wildlife right outside the window. Comfortable seating areas and beds. Nice open kitchen/dining area. Loved the automated gas fireplace and the separate media room. Location of the house is close to Ohlson recreation center and Gualala. A downside was that it could have used more privacy blinds. We felt a bit exposed in the downstairs bathroom and upstairs master bedroom. The dishwasher also didn't work but we were credited for that during our stay. Overall, this house suited our small family well and we would rent here again.

We had a wonderful, relaxing 4 days here and would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a Sea Ranch getaway.

The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped and spotless. The owners’ artwork is also great. We will come back soon.

Everything about the house was wonderful - well equipped, clean, comfortable, great location (so easy to ride bikes or walk to the beach), and generally one of the best houses we've stayed at!

Both Lovely Day and Beach Rentals are now at the top of our list. This house is a winner, particularly because it has two equally nice bedrooms - perfect for two couples, since there is no compromise needed. The kitchen is particularly good (even if some of the appliances are a bit complicated to use). Lovely Day has been recently upgraded and is in a great location.

We enjoyed walks to the beach, Mass at St. Mary Star of the Sea, dining at the Thai Restaurant and St. Orres, and just relaxing with the marvelous weather. We did drive to Mendocino and had a great visit there. We were not able to use the barbecue. We did appreciate the grab bars and the many hooks for jackets.

We loved soaking in the hot tub and taking daily walks to the seal rookery, we even saw whales slapping their tails a highlight for us. Well appointed kitchen and the management company was gracious and helpful. We would come again.

The home, including all the furniture and art, is GORGEOUS and well equipped with everything you and your family may need. We enjoyed cooking big meals, walking along the coastline, lounging on the deck and by the fireplace, hot tub stargazing and so much more. Also, the beds are all so comfortable and the views are stunning. We were sad to leave and hope to be back soon!! 100% recommend!!
