Lovely Crystal River Home w/ Lanai & Pool!

Clean place to stay! Amenities were bare but had the essentials necessary for a home away from home. Arrived at night and it was very dark with no outdoor lights on in the front. Missed the memo that the pool AND the hot tub were not heated, so made for a boring stay in January when the temps were abnormally cold in Florida.

Really nice, everything was there for me to have a great vacation. Cooked some delicious food and had some much needed Peace .

The house was very clean and the pool was beautiful the communication was excellent I would definitely use this home again me and my family had a wonderful vacation

The house was impeccably clean, well stocked with linens and 2 minute drive to the docks for Manatee excursions.We just wished. the hot tub worked

2 minute drive to Plantation water adventures where you go out to swim with the manateesProperty was very clean and supplied with plenty of linens and towels All 6 adults had more than enough space to relax. Drum in the pool. Go for a walk etc. I would definitely book this house again

My family had a great time staying here. The screened in pool was perfect after scalloping all day.

We loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of this place. The kitchen was great, plenty of seating for everyone and everything was very updated. The coffee maker wasn't working though which put a damper on our mornings. Someone may have lost the filter holder and it leaked all over. The huge lanai needs a little attention. There are 12 inch weeds growing through the pavers, a broken fan lying on the floor and the screens are badly in need of power washing. Don't walk outside with sandals or you'll get attacked by fire ants like my daughter. I don't know if spraying would help that but children beware.

Property was nice jiat needed to be deep cleaned.. found chips in one bed and the other had a soiled mattress..

We had the best time, and this house was perfect for our party of 4A/4K. Kids had a blast playing in the pool and we were in a great location to enjoy the many things Crystal River and area have to offfer!

We had a great stay. We enjoyed Fort Island beach and Hunter’s Spring Beach. Both were good for small children. We saw Mermaid show at Lecanto on the rainy day. And really enjoyed having a pool at the house. Great restaurants and thrift stores in the area.

The house is wonderful with a huge kitchen, lots of space for everyone and a great enclosed pool. The house was clean and had all the essentials needed for a weekend stay. Great location off the main road but still close to everything in Crystal River.

I traveled with my wife and 2 young children. The home was very clean, recently renovated, and overall very enjoyable. The air temperature was cool during our visit, making the pool a quite cold, but we still enjoyed it. A heated pool and/or hot tub addition would’ve been the only thing which could’ve made our trip more enjoyable.
