Longbridge Lodge, 4 bedroom, 2 bath in Pentwater

Property was nice and as expected, with nice living room, kitchen and bedrooms. Beds upstairs were a little uncomfortable with plastic pads, and our family was a bit disappointed with the taped, black paper versus some kind of window covering that could be opened and closed. Property is somewhat misrepresented in terms of beach access. We searched thoroughly for beach access to Pentwater Lake and found none. There is a small 8 to 10 foot area across with 1 foot grass between two properties, but this is not really usable beach access.Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

A great place to spend time with family. Close to Pentwater and 30 minutes from Ludington.

We got to enjoy Lake Michigan, Pentwater, Silver Lake, Michigan Adventure, Lewis Farms, JJ’s Sundance Saloon which offered an indoor water park and glow in the dark putt putt golf. The rental was a perfect fit for our size family of 10. Thanks for the memories!!

The cabin itself was fantastic. Our only compliant is lake access is not really lake access. You have to walk down Longbridge road(which can be very busy) to the public access spot, making sure not to walk on peoples property while doing so.

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful house. We had 7 adults and there was plenty of room inside and out to dine and relax!

The cottage was as advertised. It was mostly clean but we did feel the need to mop after arrival and the garbage can had nasty stuff stuck on bottom that smelled so bad we ended up cleaning the outside garbage container also. And we are not neat freaks. There were a few cobwebs in corners I wished they had taken time to wipe down but overall not too bad. There was no check in process and a really old outdated list of stuff to do on arrival that didn’t make sense on fridge and we had to contact the realtor for wi-Fi password. No instructions on what to do at check out either so we did what we thought was appropriate. Also we couldn’t even find a pan to boil water in no sauce pans at all. The advertised lake access was less than what we expected and we only found it because we ran into a neighbor who showed us where it was otherwise we never would have found it. Also there was a huge deck with no outdoor seating for it. We found only 4 bag chairs that we used but outside seating was advertised. I really expected and would have liked an information packet there on arrival with how to get to lake access and how to leave house at check out, how to operate the TV, wi-Fi password. However we did enjoy our stay the house was spacious, conveniently located close to Pentwater and it is a great town.
