Long Street Cottage - 5 bdrm/3.5 bath - North Downtown

Long Street Cottage is great. The house is well stocked. The bedrooms and beds/bathrooms were perfect for our group and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is wonderful and very close to everything. I’d definitely go back. The host was highly responsive and very helpful. You can’t go wrong with this house!

Friends weekend large group. We appreciated the large living space on the main floor for dining and relaxing. All king size beds were appreciated by all. Closet space/hangers and full length mirrors. The screened in porch with fire table was perfect to hang out and listen to music and have a glass of wine. House was close to downtown and most activities.

Excellent property!! We booked and stayed for a family wedding in the area. The place was clean and very comfortable for all of us -plenty of sitting space in the living and dining area. The decor made it feel homey and not sterile. The bedrooms were all clean and cozy as well. Bathrooms were outstanding - packed with plenty of towels and toiletries! They thought of everything! Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect. Fully stocked, plenty of towels and a great floor plan. Bedrooms were also a great size! Everyone in our group said the house was perfect! Will book again if occasion arises!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was very comfortable and felt like home. It was clean and roomy, had everything we needed. The furniture was comfortable and sometimes that is really hard to find! It made being able to sit and visit so much easier. We definitely recommend!

Our group of 12 women stayed comfortably. We enjoyed how close we were to downtown Charlottesville and the spacious bedrooms with king beds! The house is also equipped with so many thoughtful and appreciated touches — usb charging stations on night stands, sound machines, 2 coffee makers for large groups like ours, ample dinnerware and glassware, etc. We did have an issue with the AC, but the host was responsive and got the AC fixed promptly. There is a rooster next door — so definitely take advantage of those sound machines! Overall, we’d happily stay again.

This house was the perfect place for a girls weekend to visit the wineries! It is located close to historic downtown as well which was perfect. The living space was big enough for all 10 of us to be together and the rooms were big enough for sharing. Thanks for a great stay.

This comfortable, clean, and well-stocked house made our family Thanksgiving a success. Three generations could all relax or be active, cook in a very functional kitchen, and enjoy the result at an ample table in a large, open dining room or a covered back porch. Plus easy accessibility to Charlottesville's Thomas Jefferson sites--UVa and Monticello. Something for all ages.

The house was accurate to the listing and was a great home base for our group of friends during a wedding celebration in Charlottesville.

Long Street Cottage was a great size for our group of 4 couples. Appreciated the king beds. House was very clean. One challenge was pulling out onto the street from the parking area as there were cars parked on the street that obscured sight line - better to back in for better sight line.

Long street was the perfect stay. The house had everything we needed and very clean upon our arrival. Would definitely stay again when visiting Charlottesville!

This house has everything you need but still a minimalist feel. A plus that all the bedrooms have king beds! Love the back porch especially.

Stayed here with 11 girls for my sister's bachelorette. Great location, super close to everything! The house was perfect and check-in was a breeze.

In town with a group of 10 women and this house was perfect. The kitchen and all the bathrooms were well stocked with all we needed. Small things like plenty of hangers, makeup wipes, fans, etc. All rooms with king beds and huge closets made it a very comfortable stay for all. Plenty of parking for the whole group as well. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend booking your next Charlottesville stay here.

There were 10 of us. We had a great week! No real issues (we ran out of TP, but there were 10 of us!) House was clean. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. I would recommend darkening curtains on the downstairs master - the sun comes in about 6:00 am. This location is perfect for all the venues we wanted to visit (Richmond, Crozet, Fredericksburg, Natural Bridge, Blue Ridge Parkway, Wintergreen, and various parts of Charlottesville). Overall a great place!!!

This property was perfect and exactly as advertised. Very close and convenient to down town and only a short drive to the wineries. We had a large group of girls stay for a bachelorette party, and the property fit all of our needs perfectly. Easy check in/out process, and plenty of supplies for all your basic needs. Highly recommend!
