Log House on Denali Airstrip at Mile Post 229.5 of the Parks Highway.

We had a great stay! The cabin was cozy and comfortable and very conveniently located close to Denali national park entrance and food and shops in the area. It was unique to be next to an airport and fun to see the planes once and a while. The information provided by the host on the property and surrounding area was helpful.

We throughly enjoyed the log house! This was our ‘home base’ for Denali. Two older couples, worked out great for us!

The cabin is very nice, although the living room would be small for a group of six to congregate. Considering it never gets dark in the summer we would have liked shades on the front door window. We enjoyed watching the airplanes take off and land.

very clean property. utensils very organized and enough supply to use it. only concerned dining room area was not big enough.

This cabin was perfect for our family of five and everything we needed for our stay. The communication from the owners was great both before and during our stay. We were close to Denali but still felt like we were in our own wilderness.

Such a cute place! Great communication with owners. Everything was clean and neat. We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit one night. Good blackout curtains throughout. Kitchen amenities galore. Plenty of towels. Amazing place and we would definitely stay again!

The house and host were better than expected. Location is great for exploring the Denali area. The airstrip right outside the house was such a fun experience also. The house felt like home away from home, just Alaska themed. The host was extremely easy to communicate with and was very helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone wanting to visit this area.

such a beautiful and cozy cabin. Plenty of space for the 5 of us ... loved having the upstairs suite to be able to retire for the evening. The airstrip next door was cool. Was fun to see the small planes coming and going a few times a day. VERY close to the Denali visitor center. On one of our morning hikes we got rained on and we were able to just pop back to the cabin to change into dry clothes before continuing on our day.

This cabin was exactly as advertised and we loved staying there. There were 4 adults that stayed comfortably. We had everything we needed from laundry to kitchen set up. Being on the airport runway was fun as well

Great location, clean and comfy home.

Wonderfully appointed, clean cabin in a charming setting close to the park. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit watching the airstrip as well as the surrounding scenery. Oh so close to Denali. Will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this property. (Airplane noise was not a distraction for us)

The house could not have been in a better location, only a few miles down the road from the national park. The cabin was clean and very well stocked. Communication with the owners was easy and responsive. When we are back, we’d definitely stay again!

Just perfect for a visit to Denali! Convenient to everything and a super location in the woods on the airstrip. The house had everything the five of us needed and was very comfortable. Kelly and Cheryl were great!

Loved watching the planes!

This place was GREAT! All the light switched where labeled, the place was clean, enough towels for everybody, we had 4 adults and didn't feel crowded. We basically used it for a place to sleep while we visited Denali. We saw one plane take off and that was pretty neat. Very easy to locate while driving down the road.Brian

The property was beautiful and close to the park. It was in a great location. We had the best prime rib dinner at a restaurant right down the street at the creekside cafe. The house was exactly as pictured.

This is a fantastic log house! Our party of 6 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners have thought of everything. We also loved being adjacent to the air strip - it was such a novelty and we ran outside every time we heard a plane to watch it land. Do bring sleep masks in the spring/summer because, although there are room darkening curtains on most windows, there are none on the front door and this light carries up to the loft bedroom and sleeper sofa. We were so happy to find this house! Thank you for an unforgettable trip.

6 people (4 adults, 1 teen, and a 10-year-old). The house was charming in every way possible. The location was fabulous and we did everything we wanted to do. The planes landing and taking off were a highlight! We didn't realize it until we left, but we really enjoyed the privacy as well.

The cabin was beautiful and immaculate, loved the location, secluded but yet accessible to the park and restaurants. Loved everything about it!!!!

Wanted to stay near Denali National Park and this cabin greatly accommodated that, at only 10 minutes away. The airstrip was neat to watch planes come and go, but sometimes woke up little kids. Can't have it all!

Our whole family enjoyed staying at this picturesque cabin. We all enjoyed watching the planes take-off a land. The cabin was very comfortable, cozy and close to Denali National Park. Owners were very communicative and checked in during our stay to make sure there was nothing we needed.
