Stayed Sep 22, 2019For anyone with a large family or group of friends, this is an excellent place to stay just a few miles from the entrance to Denali National Park. The home itself is beautiful and clean, with three bedrooms on the first and third floors each. It is also a great place to just relax and enjoy some down time in this scenic area.

Stayed May 21, 2026The hostess was absolutely wonderful. All my messages and questions were promptly answered. The lodge was clean and exactly as listed. The location and views were spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and the beds were very comfortable. The lodge’s proximity to the entrance to Denali NP and other amenities is perfect for hosting a gathering. This was the perfect venue for our small group of friends, and I especially appreciated the little extras we were able to coordinate with hostess prior to our arrival. Thank you so much!

Stayed Jun 17, 2025King’s Deer was ideally located for everything we wanted to do. Access to Denali National Park was quick and easy and there were plenty of good places to eat. The lodge itself was very clean, well maintained and sufficiently large for our 10 member family. The owners treated us well and responded quickly to every question. We had a marvelous time.

Stayed May 18, 2025Home was beautiful with plenty of room for 9. Host was very helpful. Make sure to use directions through VRBO, GPS WILL NOT take you to the right place, luckily a local stopped and helped us. Creekside Cafe was great. Super close to Denali State Park. We throughly enjoyed our stay here!
