Lodge style home w/ INDOOR pool/spa, 2 miles to the beach, onsite canal access

Owner is amazing and kind and quick to respond. House is amazing and friendly to all ages. My kids loved the game room and pool area so much. Can’t wait to rent this home again. Loved everything about this house :) . Perfections all around

The indoor pool with jacuzzi, slides, and big screen tv makes it feel like you’re the only person at a resort. Whenever I’m in the area again I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else, it’s worth every cent.

We had an absolutely incredible stay. The house was spacious and perfectly equipped with everything we could possibly need. The pictures don’t do the pool justice, and the pool room truly felt like having our own private resort. The temperature in the pool room was perfect, even in November! The home also has a huge kitchen and large living rooms that aren’t even fully shown in the listing photos.Chad was fantastic, super responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful.We had an amazing trip and would love to come back again. Highly recommend!

We were please with the property and all the space. The pool area was beautiful and we used it everyday during our stay.

The property was amazing. I had organized a long golf weekend for 14 guys and we had a blast. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Also there is a 6th bedroom in the detached converted garage that I don’t believe was even pictured on the posting. The roof top deck was amazing having cigars on a clear night. The pool and hot tub room has a nice tv where we were able to relax and catch the Phillies game. The vibes were great all weekend and we’re thrilled with our stay!

Loved this property, especially the indoor pool! It was so nice to be able to swim inside after having a hot day at the beach. The property owner was great to deal with and we had no issues with communication. Everyone unanimously agreed they want to come back.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! We have been renting along the eastern shore for the past 6 years and this was by far the best home we have stayed in! The house itself is perfect for families with tons of bed thoughtfully setup for families and kids. The kitchen is has everything you need and the grill is easy to use. The upstairs game room was a great escape for the kids during downtime after the beach or pool and having access to essentially two additional living rooms with TVs made the stay comfortable for the grandparents, parents, and kids. If you have older kids, the room above the second garage is perfect for them as well. The real piece that made the property special though is the pool. The pictures look fantastic, but it is even better in person. Our kids had an absolute blast in that room and so did the adults! My son got so much extra swim time in during our stay that he came back more confident than ever in the pool! Thank you for an amazing stay and we hope to return in the future!

The title above is a comment from my 16 year old grandson. There were 16 family members(age 8 to 74) in our group and I never once heard complaints of being bored The property is beautifully maintained, spacious, perfect for social interaction and still allows alone time for those that need it. The pool was wonderful and the surrounding furnishing were so comfortable that it was a favorite place to hang out and talk. The location is lovely, quiet and within walking distance of mini-golf and ice cream. Everyone agreed they would like to return in the future.

We rented this beautiful home for a handful of our friends and their families and it exceeded expectations! The indoor pool was amazing and everything was high quality and so well taken care of. The house itself was also just perfect for our group with several different common areas to hang out. The game room was a hit with all the kiddos in our group and a perfect spot for them to hang, play and be kids. The kitchen was very well equipped with more than enough dishes to support a large group.The location of the house was great. House was located on a quiet cul de sac with a huge yard for kids to play. A very short drive to the beach and tons of things to do that are only a walk or bike ride away. Everyone in our group was blown away with the quality of this rental and we can’t wait to go back!

This property is amazing! The house is clean and well-maintained. Obviously the highlight of the property is the indoor pool and it did not disappoint! Absolutely beautiful and was the perfect hangout for our adult friends trip. The Ocean View area has plenty of restaurants and bars to visit and the house was so great we made sure to be back plenty early enough to enjoy it to the fullest. The owner was easy to connect with and very accommodating!

We just enjoyed a great vacation with 6 adults and 6 young kids. The pictures truly do not do this place justice. The indoor pool area is jaw dropping. It’s such a huge incredible space. The temps were freezing outside but inside the pool area it felt like we were in our own tropical resort. There’s plenty of room in the other parts of the house with multiple TVs and games to keep all ages happy. Chad is an extremely nice guy that walked me through the pool operation and was very helpful with any questions. The only question we have left is when can we return?

We had 11 people for a family getaway and this property exceeded all expectations! In a quiet cul de sac, the house backs into a large creek and walking trail. Lots to explore, with a pool table, arcade games, a rooftop deck, and the amazing pool / hot tub room complete with slide and waterfall! Rooms had comfy beds, bathrooms were clean and updated. A TV in almost every room. Nearby is a nice kids park, mini golf, ice cream shop, weis supermarket, and a quick drive to Bethany beach. Several spaces for different groups to congregate. We had a fantastic stay!

We had the best time at my sister’s bachelorette party this weekend!! This house was perfect- it’s less than 5 min away from the beach, and the indoor pool is SO nice to have for rainy days. The house is in pristine shape and we didn’t have any issues, it 100% met our expectations. Chad was very communicative, polite and professional. We can’t express enough how amazing this house is!

Property was perfect for my family including mom, brother, sister and all our kids. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac, and backs up to the Assawoman canal path which was ideal for taking walks and bike rides. The owner has plenty of bikes in fine working condition for use. The indoor pool became our nighttime gathering spot for watching TV, playing board games, or to jump in the pool and spa. We got a lot of use out of the upstairs game room which has a pool table, shuffle board (my favorite), pinball machine, and packman game. Location is close to stores and restaurants, and a short drive to the beach. Everything was in fine working condition. The owner provided plenty of kitchen-ware stuff including coffee maker, kurieg, toaster, and outdoor gas bbq. The five bedrooms had plenty of beds, although a few of our children and their spouses had to share rooms and bathrooms. All rooms were very clean, with linens, pillows, and bathroom towels provide. When we visit the area again, we will definitely rebook this place.

What a great holiday house! Great location near Bethany beach, lots of different spaces for kid and adults, and the indoor pool was perfect for all ages. The owner was easy to reach and quick to respond. We had no issues and loved our time there!

We loved this house. Clean, exactly as described and the host responded almost immediately when we had a couple of questions. The pool is amazing along with the billiards room. Tons of options for sleeping, gathering and four bathrooms is a huge plus!!

The pictures does not give justice to how beautiful and roomy this house is. During our trip we had at any given time 12-18 people lots of babies and never felt crowded. Ages newborn, teenagers to retiree’s. The pool was fabulous clean and all had fun. The one thing not mentioned is they have plenty of towels and sheets. You don’t need to pack extra. Close to local beaches and trails were nice. Plenty of kayaks and bikes to use. I would definitely recommend this hike to anyone looking for memories.
