Locust Estates Luxury Home – Downtown Windsor

This three level home in the historic (old) downtown area of Windsor was perfect for our extended family visit.Basement level had two bedrooms, bath, a large sectional sofa, and dining/game table for six. Main floor master bdrm with bath, large sectional couch seating area and table for games/puzzles, powder room, and 8 person table, plus kitchen island with bar for 4 people. Two refrigerators and double ovens. Well stocked kitchen - we cooked most of our meals. The upper floor had a large room with 2 twin beds and a queen bed (we put the kids/teens in there). Another bdrm with queen bed, and the bathroom included the washer and dryer. The main room had a Foosball Table and a PingPong table. There were also 3 twin beds in the nook areas (which we didn't need to use).Access to the backdeck off the main level. Mostly decking, but small sandy area for toddler play.There is a large park across the street - cornhole, pickleball courts, two playgrounds, plenty of squirrels for the dogs to bark at.

Locust Estate was an excellent home for a larger group of people. There were 9 of us and it was a perfect fit for us. It was in a peaceful, safe and easy to find location. There were 2 great grocery stores within a mile of the house. Many locations were an easy drive away. Such as Fort Collins, Loveland and Estes Park. There were many great mountain roads within 15 minutes of the house. The house itself was great. Lots of space and it was very well equipped for feeding a good amount of people. There was lots of seating and it had a great play area with a ping pong table and foosball. There is a very nice, well equipped city park right across the street that helped keep our 3 children entertained. Overall, I would highly recommend this property for anyone that is looking for space and an easy location for a good sized group of people.

Clean spaces, cute house and rooms. This house may look small on the outside, but it was very spacious. Loved our stay. Had enough towels for everyone!

Very pleased with the property!! Was a perfect layout for our family, adult couples each had their own bedroom, boys had a bedroom for all of them and girls had their own sleeping area. Nice living room area for the adults to hang out and play games while kids were upstairs doing their own thing!! Family had a ping pong tournament, which was super fun!! Numerous, numerous trips by the kids to the park across the street which was so awesome for them!! They enjoyed the basketball, pickle ball, volleyball and zip line. Plenty of towels for our group. Washer and dryer worked great and was used a lot!! Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of plates, cups, cookware and spices. We would definitely recommend this house, so big and clean and such a good fit for our family!! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!!

The space is great! Lots of room. The park across the street has everything to do. Perfect location!

We stayed with family for a nearby Celebration of Life. The space was comfortable and had what we needed. The ping pong table got lots of use and we were able to get the gaming console working. There is a fantastic park right across the street. Although the space appeared cleaned, a deep clean would be appreciated by guests (top of fridge, water bottle stuffed in sofa, comforters washed). There appears to be construction in the adjoining property as we heard pounding frequently. Also would appreciate more outdoor furniture so the patio could be enjoyed

Out entire family ( grandparents, children and grandchildren) came from Wyoming and Nebraska for a special church event, football game and birthday celebration. The house was perfect!! Clean and plenty of room for all! The house was BETTER than the pictures!! Thanks for a lovely stay!!

This property was just what we needed. There is so much space for everyone! Our teenagers loved the sand volleyball courts across the street. Would definitely recommend this place to other large groups .

We loved our stay at this house. It is so well-stocked with everything labeled and easy to find. It fit three large families with kids of all ages. The best part is the great park and pickle ball courts directly across the street. We sat on the front porch and watched the kids (pre-teens) play!! They spent most of their time at the pickle ball courts!! It is located in a great part of town with everything you need a short drive away! We will definitely book this property next year as we plan to come back!!

Everything was just as written in the description. Good set up for our group of 12 older ladies on a golf trip. It was a last minute choice and it didn’t disappoint. The host was very responsive and quick to right any problem we had. Would highly recommend.
