Welcome to LOBSTER TALK! Come relax in this quiet Katama neighborhood, close to South Beach and Edgartown village. This light filled home is very well equipped with all you need to settle in and enjoy the island. Crisp, modern decor. This 4 bedroom home features 2 king beds and 4 twin beds (plus 2 trundle beds), with plenty of pillows. There's a spacious outdoor shower, in addition to the 2.5 bathrooms. Multiple living and dining areas, both indoor and out. Even a ping pong table in the basement for rainy days.

A delightful place to relax. The large family room with soaring ceilings is the anchor for this open floor plan with kitchen and dining areas setting the mood for fun-filled meals and family time. The primary bedroom is located on the first floor with deck access, a TV and en suite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are located on the second level. The upstairs king bedroom has a balcony overlooking the yard, perfect for morning coffee. The sunroom is a comfortable second living area surrounded by windows, with a TV and table for games or catching up on work.

The nicely landscaped yard provides the right amount of privacy. Multiple decks and outdoor dining areas allow options in sun or shade. The enclosed outdoor shower has both wet and dry areas.
