Upstairs you will find a full bath, 2 bedrooms and a front sunroom on the 2nd story offering even more amazing panorama. You have your own dock, private boat ramp and small beach. Boat launch and dock can accommodate boats up to 20 feet or less. The water is shallow at low tide (about 2 feet) at end of the dock. Bigger boats can be docked at windmill point marina about 3 miles away for a fee.

The Town of white stone is 8 miles away with amazing dining, shopping and Mary seafood market with all your fresh catch needs. Walmart, groceries, and other shopping about a 20 minute drive.

Windmill point marina is about 3 miles away with public boat launch, daily, weekly, and monthly slip rental, a public beach and fishing pier.

Off the dock you can Fish(2 pole and small tackle box included), go crabbing(2 pots provided, just get bait) and you can collect oysters for eating.
