Stayed Mar 13, 2026We found the property to be in an excellent position. Close to shops, restaurants and facilities. It was a great position to explore other parts of the island. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Second toilet was an extra bonus.We would gladly rebook this property.

Stayed May 5, 2025A cute little cottage easy walk to town. Kingscote has everything you need for a stay. While there were a couple of issues Jessica responded quickly and offered help and solutionsOur dog loved the big backyard

Stayed Dec 29, 2024Little Kobada is a great place to stay when visiting Kingscote. Close to shops, beach, tidal pool and restaurants. We weren't informed about the spa not working so that was disappointing, and the yard/garden could do with a tidy up but overall a comfy little place to stay.
