The location is fantastic! Beautiful views any time of the day. Couldn’t ask for anything more with the house. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Stayed there with my family and each one of us absolutely loved the place… especially my 3 year old daughter… Sunrise and sunsets were a beautiful view and we saw full rainbows all 3 days we stayed there…loved the part that the beach was just 10 steps away… so calm and quiet and exactly what we were looking for.. house was well equipped with everything we needed and variety of board games was cool.. Would most certainly stay at this place again whenever I visit Thanks Jen and Paul

Was a great spot, especially during the warmer months

Spent 6 nights at Aalen Beach House, what a wonderful, spacious, well equipped and comfortable rental. Great location only a kilometre or so from eateries etc in Kingscote and has all mod cons if you wish to self cater. The Drakes store in town has all the groceries you could require.We visited in winter so it was pretty cold, but there was only a small aircon in the living area for heating. There is a tile fire but wood is not provided - it is fan forced and does work a treat.In summer the numerous doors would provide cooling breezes right thru the house.Loved our stay - quite expensive but the comfort and quietness made it a winner!

Neat, tidy, spacious and well appointed house. Great location with nice waterside walk to Kingscote.We stayed as a couple, but house would definitely also suit large or multi family groups as well.

Such a beautiful and well spaced out house, facilities all working and comfortable beds. Positioned close to Kingscote township and easy to get around to other parts of the island. Absolute dream of a holiday no one had a bad word to say about our stay! We will be back for sure!

Beautiful house, clean and has everything you would need on a family holiday. Easy check-in timely communication. The location is perfect and central to lots of attractions on Kangaroo Island. We hope to be back!

Great property, very comfortable and so well laid out with everything you could need. It was a great venue to relax, watch the water and tides and the clouds or veg in front of the tele, cook a barbecue dinner or walk to the cafe for brekkie or the pub for lunch. We did all sorts of relaxing. We loved it and were sad to leave.

Lovely location and well appointed large house on the beach. Great house for multiple or extended families.

Handy location-short drive in to Kingscote. Nice clean and comfortable property, very well equipped. Two couples for our stay but house would be terrific for larger family group. Lovely view and great deck to sit out on and enjoy it. We did have difficulty with the key box-salt air affected.

The property is located on a gorgeous bay with uninterrupted ocean views. The home is very spacious , extremely comfortable for the family and in a co cement location.

Very impressive house with full frontage onto the ocean, heaps of room and very clean. We had to book in a day early and leave a day late because of ferry cancellation's and the hosts were very accommodating which was a great help.

The house was exactly what we hoped for. We loved being able to wander down to the beach and being only a short drive from town. We appreciated the portable cot and the early check in so much, thank you.
