Come and stay at this lovely beach house situated close to the popular sandy shore of Smiths Beach. As soon as you walk through the door you will know you are on holidays!

The property provides a large open plan living space with large flat screen TV, perfect for movies or summer sport and a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and large windows to let the sunshine in. The second bedroom has a tri-bunk (double on bottom & single on top)as well as a single bunk bed, the perfect space for the kids! The property also includes reverse cycle heating and cooling, a spacious bathroom with bath and a separate laundry with washing machine for added convenience.

Just down the road is the Smiths Beach General Store where you can grab a coffee or some takeaway. You can also walk a little further down to the popular Smiths Beach (350m approx.), a family friendly beach, with great surf and rockpools to explore. Or surf at YCW Beach, less than 1km away. Back at the house you can wash yourself off at the outdoor shower and relax with a cold drink at the outdoor dining table. Free wifi is available.

A great location provides access to all the Island has to offer with the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit an easy 5 min drive, Cowes centre approx. 8 mins and the Little Penguins 12 mins.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
